Its been years since we stayed at Park Lane but we are glad to have tried it again. Hotel is in a great location and rooms/facilities were top notch. What sets it apart though was the service we received from the staff. Thanks to Sandy, Bonnie, June, Neo, Michelle, Julia, Rachel, Juluis, Jack and Joey for making our stay great.

the check in was seamless, Quentin was very helpful and friendly in offering advice to our queries. The Parklane is also very accessible to various locations within Hong Kong island and more importantly walking distance to Causeway Bay MTR.

An old and tired hotel. Not a 5 star by any means of the imagination and certainly not a Pilmam. Very expensive for an average hotel and that didn’t include breakfast. Worst view of apartments I have ever had. Despite being. VIP Gold member on Expedia was offered an upgrade at a hefty price. No thanks. On the better side staff were good and efficient and very convenient for the metro. But not worth the money overall.

Amenities were fine, nice location, but all four experiences with the reception staff were off-putting. Fairly hard upsell at check-in to get a more expensive room (when I already paid for a better room). Had a question about the reservation, both people I spoke with were condescending. Tried to check out 7:45 AM on a Friday morning, there was one person working the check-out desk and six people in line waiting to check out - on a business morning.

The property is conveniently located. However, rooms are outdated and definitely need renovation. I also booked a room for my son who stayed there for 5 nights and he told me they did not provide any water in the room. He was told he had to ask for it. I think hotels should not skim on essential items like water, body lotions in the name of being environmentally friendly. Last thing any traveler want to do is having to rush out to buy thge essential stuff!!

最初に案内された部屋はビルの裏側のひどい眺望だったので、差額を支払いグレードアップしてもらいました。 水の勢いも排水も問題なく、広さも充分でリネン類も清潔、廊下が冷え過ぎていた以外、とても快適に過ごせました。 空港へのアクセスも、近くからA11のバスがあり、便利。 メトロのコーズウェイベイとトラムの駅も近く、スーパーもすぐ近くにあって、買い物、外食には最高のロケーションでした。 オススメです。
