El hotel esta muy bonito, accesible y tranquilo. El único inconveniente, que los huéspedes deben pagar por estacionamiento, $25.00 por noche, por separado de la reservación.

En general el hotel está bien, aunque ofrecen acomodación para más de dos personas y no mencionan que solo hay dos camas sencillas y un sofá cama grande.

Hotel muy bien ubicado
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de los principales centros comerciales en Waikiki, buena información respecto a reserva de actividades a realizar. Respecto al personal del front desk amables solo algunos, otras personas la verdad poco colaborativas. El aspecto general del Hotel muestra poco mantenimiento de las áreas comunes, se ve muy mal mantenido. El aseo en las habitaciones es regular, falta la clásica tarjeta que se deja afuera para dar aviso de no molestar y/o hacer habitación. la piscina es bastante básica, no hay que pensar en dedicar un día a la piscina como única actividad. Los ascensores son muy lentos y si te toca una habitación en los pisos superiores debes armarte de paciencia.

Muy bueno, con algunas áreas de mejora
Es un apart tipo tiempo compartido con onda principios de los 90: espacios generosos, cocina y microondas todo muy bien equipado, una habitación separada con cama gigante, buen baño, todo muy espacioso. Ha quedado algo en el tiempo, requiere una modernización… nada que las fotos no te muestren. La limpieza es básica, las alfombras debieran limpiarse y si bien hacen el servicio todos los días es bien básico. Es un punto a mejorar. Si bien la ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Waikiki y de Kalakaua, la zona más céntrica de Waikiki está algo alejada y la zona de tiendas de lujo -cerca del inicio de Kuhio- no está tan cerca, es una larga caminata, aunque muy agradable. Otro punto a mejorar y considerar es el costo de fee de resort -18 US$ por día - que te lo cobra ahí y no está incluido en la tarifa del hotel. El estacionamiento está al lado y no está mal por 15US$ diarios. En resumen, lo disfrutamos, estuvo muy bien pero tiene algunas cosas que mejorar.

Cuando llegas te cobran un fee de 15 dolares diarios por el uso de internet y alquiler de peliculas, si decis que no lo queres no les interesa te lo cobran igual. el servicio de atencion es malo, la recepcion te tratan mal.- NO LO RECOMIENDO.-

En general hubiera sido muy buena si no fuera porque el housekeeping es bastante deficiente.La ubicación es excelente( 2 cuadras de Waikiki) , todos los transportes a menos de 1 cuadra, el departamento es muy cómodo ,con balcón y vistas excelentes; cocina bien equipada, piscina grande y confortable , tiene un drugstore dentro del hotel (muy útil y bien provisto) El precio es muy bueno

This was our second time staying at the Aston Waikiki Sunset. Our first time was great. This time we had my handicapped mother. We called the hotel beforehand to request a toilet seat extender and a shower chair. It took one and a half days for them to bring these items after I called housekeeping and the front desk repeatedly. They seemed not to care. We will not be staying here again.

Kind of bad because housekeeper did not come to my room and was pretty dirty and front desk would not give us completely what we need like first aid Band-Aids. They made us walk all the way down to the lobby to get that other than those things. Everything was pretty good.

寝室の電気が壊れていたり、トイレットペーパーの替えがなかったり、他にもいろいろ…。 伝えればすぐ対応してくれるので、問題というほどの問題は特にありません。 ただ、細かいことが気になる方はやめた方がよいです。 私個人としては、次回またワイキキに宿泊する際は、再度利用したいホテルです。
