Upon arrival to the unit we noticed the pocket sliding door was broken, one of the kids got locked in the bathroom.. We contacted the management and got shifted around a little then he told me he would see what he could do about some sort of compensation as they all knew about the broken bathroom door prior to our arrival and that it would take 2 days of labour to repair. He also suggested we get full compensation and find another hotel, was he serious?A week later we called to check in on the status and he said he would submit our request, so he didn’t even do anything to start with….disappointed! This was an inconvenience all trip as we had no bathroom door. We were definitely deceived into thinking the manager was on top of it. Upon check out the manager told us again he was checking in on some sort of rebate, of course we are home now and no communication. Very disappointed in the customer service.
