Bad experience
Every year we travel to Amsterdam to a dance congress near by, we always checked at Bastion hotel and this year we wanted to try something new (bad move) 1.- day 1: we were waiting at the airport for the shuttle and suddenly, he didnt stop! He just pass by and we must wait 30 minutes for the other one 2.- nobody told us that we must pay 8 euros per person for the shuttle (really guys? 8 euros for something that is usually free in other hotels) 3.- nobody told us that we must reserve for the shuttle, our surprise was at the check out, the recepcionist (who needs some customer service training) told us that we cannot take the shuttle (after pay all) and we told her we must go on that bus because we could lose our flight, her answer: u can take a bus crossing the highway! Really? And that’s your recepcionist. From now and above I will keep staying at bastion schipol, I preffer to spend more money and for sure, im not gonna stay never more in this or others marriots 4- at the checkout they also told us that we had to pay 2 euros per night and also to pay 4,40euros per day. So shuttle bus + taxes the room increases like 60 euros. So recommendation, don’t go to this hotel if you think is cheaper than other around.

Pesimo
Cero recomendable, está lejísimos del aeropuerto y de cualquier medio de transporte. Y te cobran carísimo el shuttle para ir al aeropuerto de donde tienes que tomar el tren para ir al centro, cuando por ejemplo en el hilton que está por la zona el shuttle es gratis. No hicieron la limpieza de mi habitación porque estaban cortos de personal.

Your are right that our hotel is not in the city center of Amsterdam, however our shuttle runs every 1/2 hour to Schiphol Airport from where you can take the train into the city center. Good place to stay
Close to airport, amsterdam and rhe heart of holland. If you plan to spend days driving thru holland is a good option to stay. Parking facilities are enough. No noise around... Restaurants nearby. Breakfast too espensive but in a village 5 min by car there are lits of good alternatives

el hotel es cómodo y de buena calidad. pero sale costoso el trayecto a la ciudad de amsterdam y lo que gaste en bus es mejor mirar otra opción más cerca a la ciudad. si es para pasar la noche el hotel es perfecto.

Nice hotel, poor service.
The lady at the desk couldn't find our reservation and wanted to us to pay a higher rate than in our original reservation, even more, she asked me for money as deposit when most of the stay was already paid!!!!, thankfully, I had the reservation in print. Pretty unusual and very low class. The hotel indeed is nice and confortable. Our time at Courtyard was relaxing although our children were a little bit unwell.

Buen servicio y un trato amable del personal, lo único incomodo es la distancia, ya que aún del aeropuerto esta retirado, cuenta con servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al Hotel con un costo de 5 Euros por persona y que sale cada hora. Por lo demás un hotel confortable

Excelente hotel, pero muy lejos de Amsterdam
Un excelente hotel, muy bueno y bonito, y a un excelente precio, pero está demasiado lejos de Amsterdam, ir a la ciudad toma aproximádamente 1:30 min y cuesta 10€ entre el viaje al aeropuerto y del aeropuerto a la ciudad.

Buena relación calidad precio
Duré 3 días a principios de enero cuando estaba Amsterdam Central casi lleno completamente. Fue lo más barato que logré conseguir incluso más barato que hostales y la estancia fue excelente. Servicio, limpieza y las instalaciones excelentes con todas las comodidades que puedas esperar de un hotel 5 estrellas.

No le gustó: Servicio y personal
Observación
El Hotel esta muy bien en cuanto a instalaciones y confort. Sin embargo está retirado de la ciudad por lo que debes regresar al aeropuerto a tomar bus o tren que resultan costosos. El hotel tiene shutle pero ojo! no es gratuito. En cuanto al personal no nos resultó lo suficientemente amables, como deberían tratándose de un hotel de esa categoría.
