Beautiful place to gather as a family

Four women in my family spent a long weekend here to celebrate a birthday. We had plans in Poughkeepsie and in Pawling, so this home was centrally located. We also cooked a meal together and this kitchen was perfect. It was well stocked and the island is huge, there was plenty of room for everyone. The bathrooms were recently remodeled and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone slept great. The backyard looked like a great place to grill, eat out and have a fire but the weather did not cooperate. We would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic family spring break getaway

This place was even better in person than the photos. Even though we traveled here to tour the area, we always looked forward to coming back "home" to lounge and relax. The bed in the master bedroom is by far the most comfortable i have ever slept on ( I think it's a Tempurpedic), the bathroom was like a spa, and the kitchen island made me downright jealous. If we ever have the opportunity to visit upstate New York again, this home is at the top of the list. Our host, Amanda saw to it that any concerns or issues were promptly addressed and that this was a stay that we will never forget. Thanks Amanda!

Very comfortable and well appointed

This property was in a very good location. The response time was very good. The attention to detail such as the mattresses, lighting, setting and so forth was very soothing. Thank you so very much for your hospitality and we will be back for sure!

Beautiful comfy home!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Wonderland! Very spacious, comfy beds, nice living room with amazing views out all windows. kitchen was great for preparing meals and having a few friends join in. Close to local stores and restaurants. it felt like home. .

Great place and great owners!

Beautiful house and property. Close to Beacon, which is a beautiful little town. We have two small children and needed some extra stuff, and the owner was very helpful and responsive - she also went out of her way to mail me my drivers license after our stay because my toddler hid it under the couch. A great stay!

Family Visit

We were in NY for the weekend to surprise my granddaughter who just had a baby and to see my kids and other grands. No time for anything else, but at this location friends we’re able to drop by and say hello as I am on oxygen. My portable stopped working so I had to stay tethered to the big one and that worked out great! Very convenient to everything and everywhere we needed to go!

Amanda was the best host! She answered every text within minutes and went above and beyond by helping us find a makeup artist last minute, when ours came down with COVID. The home has a very spacious, well appointed kitchen. There was a great welcome basket with toiletries and a bottle of wine to greet us. It should be noted that master bedroom and hall bathroom have barn doors without a lock. Basement (toliet only) is shared with washing machines and in place of a door there is a heavy curtain. From the backyard you can see a beautiful view of the mountains. Very clean and modern home. We definitely recommend it.

Great Host, Great Place to Stay

Really great central location for all the Hudson Valley activities. Home was clean well appointed and beds were comfortable. Host was the perfect balance of helpful with suggestions and respectful of privacy. Overall great stay, ten out of ten would rent again. Oh and definitely try the Red Line Diner.

Perfect Getaway Spot

My girlfriends and I were looking for a quiet place to spend a weekend away from the city. This house was just perfect. Modern, clean, quiet, peaceful & spacious. The backyard was so nice to hang out in with the firepit on. Inside the air conditioner worked so well that we actually got cold during a 90° weekend. The owner was so kind & responsive. Overall the place is great and would 1000% book again!

West Point Visit

Beautiful!! Very well maintained, updated, and has everything you need! Owner is very responsive and very accomodating. A little bit of a drive to visit West Point, but loved our stay. It was perfect for our family of four.

November Unexpected Getaway

First time with VRBO and a success. Looked for a property close to family members attending an unexpected event. This property fit the bill perfectly. Lots of room, very responsive owner, all good. Wish it had been a bit warmer to enjoy the back patio but maybe next time! Highly recommended.

Wonderful Escape to visit with family and celebrate.

Property was great! Beautifully renovated interiors and awesome backyard space with grill and firepit. It was the perfect space to visit with family and celebrate birthdays. Host was very responsive and cared about our experience and satisfaction.
