Not a Lake House
You will need to be a mountain goat to get to the lake Nice view but not for long term. We rented for three weeks and wished we hadn’t. Told we couldn’t use the washer and would be fixed the next day. The repair person came exactly one week later. Since I was there with my husband I spent time cleaning. And not a comfortable chair by the Tv. Ok for a weekend stay

Eclipse viewers April 2024
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in a wonderful setting. Our host was very responsive and welcoming. Our purpose for the trip primarily to be in a good position to view the solar eclipse. Just so happens that Hot Springs Village was in the path of totality, perfect. We never left the village. We enjoyed the lake view, played golf and cooked delicious meals. There was even a special concert scheduled for one of our nights in the nearby community center. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cozy lakehouse
Everything about the property was as advertised. Absolutely beautiful views of the lake. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with even though we had some last minute changes. We will definitely stay here again.

Lively place to stay!
This place is fantastic! First, the location is absolutely gorgeous! The house is located on a hill above the lake. The windows offer a beautiful and peaceful view of the lake and the opposite shore. You don't hear any road noise sitting on the deck and can enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning or have lunch. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. If you are interested in playing tennis, there are 10 courts within a 10-minute drive. If you want to try pickleball there are courts within ~15 minutes drive. Want to try kayaking? Two are available for you on the shore. I highly recommend this place!

Very relaxing with a stunning view.
Had a nice getaway vacation. Very relaxing, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views, house has everything you could ask for with a short drive to hot springs activities. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful views
Love the views! Unfortunately there was an issue with the house outside the scope of the owner or renter and I needed to leave and find another place. The owner immediately addressed the issue and issued me a full refund. That being said, I would have loved to be able to complete my stay there. The house is open and airy and the views of the lake just wonderful. I could have been cleaner especially in the kitchen. leftover foods in the refrigerator and all sorts of food in the cabinets - some spilled etc should be cleaned out.

We absolutely loved the house! Everything was just as advertised. The view from the entire back of the house was absolutely breathtaking! The house felt so homey it was hard to leave! We all decided that if we ever ventured back to Hot Springs, we would definitely choose this house again! The owner was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!

Nice Getaway on Coronado Lake
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we could ask for. Very clean and well equipped. The views are amazing - even better than the pictures can show. We had a few summer lightening storms that were amazing to watch :).

Fall Splendor
Stayed with my family and had the most amazing sunrises, sunsets and views of the fall foliage from the back windows and deck. Had a great time exploring the local parks and trails. Would recommend this house.

Fall in the Ouachita Mountains
We had always been too early or too late to see the Fall colors in Arkansas. We decided to stay a month to make certain we were there at the right time! This house is centrally located for day trips to places like Mount Magazine, Petit Jean Mountain, and the Arkansas Grand Canyon. Pics on top of Hawksbill Crag are a must!!! We had several different couples come and stay at various times over the course of our month. Everyone raved about the views from this property! We saw vast improvements in furnishings from May when we stayed a week. I recommend this home!

Lovely House with Great Views
This house was lovely. It was exactly as pictured online. The views from the den, the living room, the master bath and the master bedroom were great. The deck was wonderful with ceiling fans to create a breeze. The floors, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. The bath towels were snow white, thick and fluffy. The only issue we had was the WiFi Network Name and the Password we were given were not correct. Even the book on the coffee table had the wrong information. I called the contact person, and she had no idea what the correct Network Name and Password could be. I then called the owner, left a message but never received a return call. Since I'm not a complete novice with WiFi, Internet and Routers, I decided to look on the bottom of the router for the correct information. Lo and behold, there they were - a completely different network name and password. If I hadn't known to look there, we would have been without WiFi and Internet for 4 days. Also, the TiVO on the TVs did not work. Thankfully, we brought our Firestick so once the internet was up and running, we used it to watch TV.

Never Go Back!
Not very clean. Could not turn off Overhead fans inside, we had to turn off breaker to get fans off because of allergies, which left us without lighting. TV's were very difficult to work. WiFi didn't work, the instructions were incorrect. Lots of old unused food left in refrigerator & cabinets. Beds were uncomfortable. Window blinds were in bad shape, we had to fix before dark therefore we would have no privacy. * We had to also replace light bulbs in several rooms. Some did not work, others on the blink. The trail to waterfront landing was overgrown, landing dirty and no construction/beginnings of a pier. We would never go back. The only good thing was the view.
