The house was perfect for our family trip to see our father. The house is a great setup with two masters and nice downstairs kitchenette. The views, patio and grill were amazing. Just needs new toilets and decent internet.

Nice home, great location. This is the 3rd time we rented this house. It’s beginning to look a bit run down. Several bathroom fixtures need to be repaired. Back patio and deck offer beautiful views of Diamanté Golf Course but furniture and concrete could use some freshening up, maybe power wash. Otherwise great place.

Home clearly has some issues that need addressing. Some toilet paper holders and towel bars are hanging off the wall or missing completely. Also, deck was covered in cigar ash and butt all over back yard.

Excellent accommodations

The location was fantastic. Nestled in a private cul-de-sac on the golf course. The pool table was a nice touch although there wasn’t a lot of room to play. It’s still provided a bit of entertainment in our downtime. Thanks for the great place to stay. It was clean and had all of the basics we needed, as well as a few extra touches. All of the beds were comfortable, although the master bed was a bit odd because it prevented you from being able to walk around it easily. But overall I would give this property a 10 out of 10.

Nice get away

I loved this house and location. Only thing I didn’t like was after 10pm you have to drive to the other gate which is almost 30 minutes away from the house. There is only two ways in. Besides that this house was perfect

Great property visiting family in Diamante Community

We had a family reunion in Diamante and the property was very convenient to family with nice accommodations. The pool table was a hit with the teenagers. Had a small issue with fruit flies but property manager was very communicative.

Girls Trip

Great house with plenty of room for 7 women! Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor space. Chris was a great communicator! We enjoyed playing pickleball two mornings and the pool one afternoon. It was about 35 minutes to downtown Hot Springs but was an easy drive.

Hot springs golf trip

This is a very nice property and very well appointed. The only thing missing was any kind of bath soap in the downstairs bathrooms, which was a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again!

great for families

This is the place if you are having a family gathering. Sleeping and bathrooms are divided such that everyone has privacy, but also has great commons area. Fantastic for relaxing outside. Best Verbo experience ever.

Beautiful modern property on quite golf course

The title says it all - this property is beautiful, has all the modern amenities and is located on the Diamanté golf course (which is private so extra quite) but don't let that scare you away if you have kids. The house has very comfortable beds, is well stocked if you plan on using the kitchen and comes with plenty of beach toys/chairs if you plan on heading to the beach at lake balboa. The management company - Evolve - was super easy to work with. A few days before our check in they sent me all the property details and on check in day a local contact texted me. I will definitely stay here again on our next stay it's rare to find a newer house with modern amenities in hot springs village.

Beautiful home

The house is very beautiful and comfortable. There are two separate living areas if you want privacy. There is plenty of seating for relaxing and eating. The bathrooms are large. The kitchen is a little small but well equipped. We will rent this house again.
