There was a housekeeping problem when we arrived but not the fault of the homeowner. The house was very nice and comfortable enough for five adults and two kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds also comfortable. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and space

We stayed with our family and grandsons. Was perfect for our needs with the rooms and living space. We cooked all our meals and the kitchen supplies were spot on. We grilled most nights and the only suggestion would be a new grill. It was on its last leg. We enjoyed our stay!!

Comfy & Cozy

We found the townhouse clean and welcoming. We appreciated that there was a washer & dryer in the house. You might like to bring your own detergent & dryer sheets, but we found washer pods in the cabinet. Not enough trash bags, though, to leave a clean bag in can when we left. There were 3-4 in the cabinet and we used them all. I cannot rate communication 10/10 because I asked 2 questions that went unanswered, and I had to message the day of our arrival about instructions for getting into the house since we'd only received the address. Other than that, our stay was great. The neighborhood was quiet, and the scenery stunning. We were a family of 7, in the area for a youth camp in Hot Springs. We had decided beforehand to add an extra night to do some fun things after camp, and that message was answered quickly. We would recommend to others, and wiuld stay again ourselves, but not for camp in Hot Springs as that was quite a drive back and forth twice a day. The quards at the West Gate were friendly and helpful.

Couldn't have asked for more!

The townhouse was such a perfect place for us! This was our first time staying in the Village and we all agree it will not be our last. This Townhouse was everything we could have asked for! Two bedrooms downstairs with their own shower and bathroom and outside deck. Master bedroom and bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen upstairs, and also has a sunroom off of the living room. We had my disabled mother with my wife and I, along with my sister and her husband with their two children. It worked out great for us. Quite, safe and cozy. Host kept us informed and everything was just like advertised. No issues whatsoever.

Great place

Overall, a really great home. There was a hiccup with cleanliness, but it sounds like it was a miscommunication with their cleaner, and they promptly refunded the cleaning fee. I was particularly impressed with the quick response and the way they made it right. I figure we all make mistakes, but the response to that is what shows our colors. Tip of the hat to the host in that regard! I'll note, the downstairs bedroom with two beds in it doesn't have a door, as if a rec room had beds added. The downstairs is its own area, and it worked fine for our family set-up (my wife and I were down there, with our kids, and my brother upstairs), but there are certainly situations it wouldn't work. Overall, happy with our stay and very happy with the hosts!

Disappointed

The largest fault was one of the toilets was not flushed upon arrival. Lock on outside door was not obvious because of no longer used key lock. Only one pod of coffee and two packages of sweetener. One towel rack in master bedroom bathroom was missing. Only one towel in this bathroom. No Kleenex or hand soap in this bathroom. Dishes in dishwasher had only been through a rinse cycle. When HVAC was heating, loud, annoying hum. In general, property needs better maid service oversight.

Best rental ever

This is the best host we have had and we stayed with several over the years. I would give 10 stars in some areas if I could. My sister ended up getting to rent their other property because they were so helpful in getting us out of a scam rental. Thank yall so much for a fun weekend. All the kids loved having a room to play games in and it kept them off their phones.

Girls Getaway

When we arrived there was a slight mishap. The owners were quick to answer and respond. I was very pleased with how they took care of our needs. This rental is a great price for the size. The neighborhood was very quiet. The hone is a bit of a drive back in Hot Springs Village but that also makes it quiet. We enjoyed our visit.

Motorcycle get away

Everything exactly as stated. Quiet, secluded, fall trees turning colors and great neighbors even if they are VRBO folks themselves. Would recommend and stay again our selves.
