el día que ingresamos , no toman en cuenta el estatus gold , nos dejaron ingresar hasta las 3 , la habitación no estaba limpia el baño tenía muchos cabellos en el basurero , había ropa del antiguo huésped, fue corregido el problema de limpieza , también está mal que cada 3 días hacen limpieza , no lo indican

NO TRUSTED PLACE TO STAY
I left my apple wireless charger connected to the electricity, when I got to my room it was not there, nor in any other place. I let the person in front desk know about this problem and she didn't even try to talk with the cleaning lady, she just told me that it was my mistake and I should have left it in another place. As it is not a usual charger it is not normal to hang around with it. I'm very mad about the way the front desk lady acts and obviously with my stolen charger.

Bien .
En general el servicio del hotel muy bien, solo mencionar que el desayuno era de 6-9 am y te incluía solamente un alimento congelado y básicos como café, fruta y cereal . Por pandemia, no asean diariamente la habitación pero si hacen cambio de toallas.

Muy corteses todo el personal. Limpieza correcta. Desayuno muy satisfactorio, aunque el espacio es reducido, mesas muy juntas, e incluso un día tuve que desayunar fuera del área designada porque no habia mesa disponible. El estacionamiento no cuenta con sombra, subir al auto suele ser un infierno.
