Mal servicio de recepcion
Check in mala atención por parte de la recepcionista, grosera y poco servicial. Siendo la primera impresión, pues amargo la estancia Mantenimiento general regular. Despachadores de gel antibacterial vacíos, frente a los elevadores.

Muy sucias las áreas comúnes.
El hotel está muy mal conservado, entiendo que es un hotel que acepta mascotas, pero las alfombras en las áreas comúnes están llenas de manchas de orina, supongo que de perro y huele mal. El área junto a la alberca estaba sucia siempre, contamos latas de cerveza que no se movieron en tres días, ni hubo quién limpiara dicha área. El personal en general con mala actitud, con poco ánimo de ayuda. La habitación es amplia y las camas cómodas. En general la experiencia fue mala, y creo que todo se debe a una mala administración, pues falta mantenimiento y limpieza. El elevador es muy ruidoso y tenían que haber pasado una inspección desde agosto del 2020 que no habían hecho. En fin, definitivamente, no será una opción para mi y mi familia en el futuro.

Bien pero podrían mejorar
A la llegada nos dieron la habitación incorrecta pero tanto hoteles.com como el personal del hotel con mucha amabilidad lo solucionaron y al día siguiente tuvimos la habitación por la que habíamos pagado. Es toda la diferencia una habitación de dos espacios que la habitación de un solo espacio. Era mas limpia aunque siguen con el problema de la invasión de cucarachas. Es silencioso, el personal amable y un hotel económico.

Tucked behind a medical building,hard to find entrance. Two cars broke into while we were there. Upgrades happining but kinda shotty work.

My key card did not work, i had to walk down to the front desk three times and the staff was not very pleasant about it all. They ended up giving me a different room further away and that key finally worked. I am a senior so all that walking to get a key to work was not good. The room was ok, the bed was not comfortable and the tv in the new room was not working well So we gave up trying to watch it as i was too tired. We stayed at this property as it was close to the hospital. My husband was having a heart procedure early in the morning. We arrived an hour before 3pm check in but was told she would have to charge me a 25.00 early check in fee. She did state she had rooms ready but i decided to wait out the hour. The two ladies working the front desk were not pleasant at all. The man that helped us with the final key that worked was pleasant. This property does not offer breakfast and they do not have a ice machine. You have to turn on the icemaker in the freezer and wsit till it makes ice cubes. Not planning on staying here again.

The property appeared nice from the outside; however the base boards appeared to have water saturation, this is evident in the main lobby, as you walk towards the elevators. There was a large water leak in the gym, area coming the floor above. The staff would be seated behind the desk area, obviously asleep and appeared to be irritated with guest. I called about extra blankets for pullout sofa, and the front desk clerk was put off when I asked if we had to come and get supplies. As she stated " this is like extended stay, no housekeeping but once a week." As I was visiting The Woodlands due the death of a family member, I usually choose another hotel brand. I thought it was ok since they do not offer breakfast, but they do offer complimentary washer/dryer; however only 1 washing machine worked and 1 dryer actaully dried your clothing. So, I have to say I was not happy.

Unwilling to give back credits earned
I was here for a work trip, Had some time between shifts at the hospital and booked this place to take a nap. Went and asked could I check in, since it was early they said it would be a fee in order to do so. By the time I would’ve been allowed to check in, I would’ve been back at the hospital. I opted not to pay the fee, went back to my car and fell asleep, ended up having to go back to work and not getting any proper rest at all. Once I realized that the hotel didn’t refund me or anything, (I used credits by the way which took me MULTIPLE stays to earn) I reached out to hotels.com who let me know that the management here was UNWILLING to do anything in my case because I didn’t “call to cancel”… I left to go sleep in my car after they denied me and they still took my credit lol like how much more worse could this nightmare get?! I disputed at least 3 - 4 times!!!!! I honestly just wanted to sleep before heading back to work that afternoon, this is just ridiculous and inconsiderate of service workers. I will never book here or with IHG again! Marriott is the way to go.

Cozy and Comfortable
The rooms are clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable. Great location and near lots of restaurants. Cost reasonable.

Very pleasant stay. Room was clean, quiet and well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful when we extended or stay. The free laundry is a big plus! The one and only fault I had was the card readers on the exterior doors were out of service, making the main desk/lobby the only way to enter. With parking on three sides of the building, this is an inconvenience.

DIRTY POOL!!!
It was only a 1 night stay but my Son was excited to stay the night in a hotel, but was very very disappointed when the pool was not clean. The whole reason i stayed at this location was because of the pool.
