The sign with the hours for the bar/bistro were not correct as it was closed the entire time I was there, including breakfast, when it says "daily breakfast made to order" upon booking the stay, but that is not true and even the staff said the hours on the sign sitting on the bar is not correct either so I don't know when it's actually open ever

Hotel muy bien ubicado
Buena experiencia. El personal es amable y en general la ubicación del hotel es muy buena, con muchos restaurantes cercanos. Como en todo Houston, es recomendable rentar auto.

Es un hotel viejo pero es limpio, las camas están cómodas, el personal es atento y cumplió con su función que era solo pasar la noche.

En general bien, pero me cobraron triple el cuarto
El hotel en general está bonito, las habitaciones y almohadas son cómodas. La ubicación es retirada, pero nosotros teníamos un compromiso cerca de ahí. Lo malo fue que pagué la habitación por hoteles.com, y el hotel me volvió a cobrar la habitación y dos veces, hoy es el 4to día que les marco y al parecer dicen que ya cancelaran el cargo porque reconocieron que fue error de ellos, espero que si quede cancelado, ya que ambos cargos ya están reflejados en mi tarjeta de crédito.

El hotel estuvo bien, buena atención sin embargo, su reservación dice que incluye desayuno gratis hasta para dos personas, lo cual está incorrecto porque no tienen servicio de desayuno y tuve que pagar 17.67USD por mi breakfast.
