The hotel is in very bad condition, it looks very careless, the room smelled bad, the curtains were broken and several cockroaches came out in the area where the fridge is

A pesar de haber pagado anticipadamente la reservación, el hotel no respetó mi habitación. Después de una alharacas de varios minutos nos dieron un cuarto sucio con cucarachas y con un pésimo servicio. En la administración había varias personas peleando lo mismo lo que indica que sobre venden los espacios. No es de fiar. El hotel es sucio, las alfombras viejas y hay cucarachas

Poor stay, not recommended
I was there for business, and first ladies at front desk, with 0 attitude, no knowledge of customer service, laundry machines broken, telephone no working in room and at night people in parking lot that doesn´t stay as guest in hotel. i would new few of this things i never stay there.

except one thing the hotel Candlewood was very satisfying. The one thing I did not like is they do not have shuttle to airport as offered in my Expedia reservation. The hotel clerk when i checked in said it is not their fault but Expedia's for selling a service the hotel does not currently provide

There are massive of roaches in the room that I had to live in at that time. And not being able to use the luggage carrier to roll my luggage from the room back to my car because someone decided to hold it hostage with the 1 they got. They need to at least have 3 available. That's sad. I won't go back to this 1.

My room that i stayed in had bugs, when brought up to the front desk attendant I was informed that the room I stayed in, wasn’t supposed to be available due to known issue with bugs. Could not get my room refunded either. Very unsanitary and very upset.

First I booked the room with my rewards arrived to find out no vacancy but in all the attendant was being lazy had 2 rooms available. I was turned around, left to find out I could not use my rewards anywhere else so went back to hotel explained to front desk when she then said lets look at 2 rooms to see if clean. one was I took it and stayed the night. very frustrating on what I had to go through to get my preset reservation.

Conditions of hotel are extremely poor. The smell of dirty wet carpet as you walk in. The bathroom in my room had tile completely coming off the floor. Upon arrival I was told my room was no longer available and only a smoking room would be available if I wanted it. I was asked to book elsewhere, and a refund would be issued. After several minutes of back and forth, a non-smoking room was provided. Looking back, I should have left. That was clearly a sign.

Door looked like someone tried to kick it in and it had roaches all over the room. I walked in and immediately left and went to another hotel.

The manager at this hotel is unprofessional and rude. The evening check in person could not find my reservation took 30 minutes to check in then had to deal with the manager next day because he came beating on the door first thing in the morning. Place was run down and dirty. Paid for 2 nights one night was enough, i left and found a new hotel.

The only thing pleasant was the staff. Killed 3 roaches during my week stay. No extra towels or toilet paper provided, I suggest you bring your own. The room floor was disgusting could not walk barefooted. I'm from NYC and this place gave me shelter vibes.
