Llegamos a las instalaciones y no había nadie en el lobby. Llamamos al número que estaba proporcionado en una ventanilla escondida, y nos colgaron 2 veces. A la tercera que contestaron, una señora simplemente nos dijo que no había nadie y que mejor canceláramos nuestra reservación. Eran las 11 de la noche y no había servicio de nada, era de noche y el lugar no era nada seguro. Tengan cuidado, ya que después llegó otra pareja y les pasó exactamente lo mismo.

Los cuarto estan sucios debajo de la cama botellas de refresco las toallas manchadas y las sabada el televisor de los de ante la nevera mojosa los baños sucios paredes rota no se parece en nada a la foto y el servicio al cliente malo

Beware
Upon arrival the first room I was given had a whole wall of graffiti, no shower head, no tub faucet and full trash cans both inside the room and outside the room door. When I informed the front desk of the issues the lady gave me a master key and a list of room numbers to check. On the way to check the rooms there were shopping carts full of trash scattered around. The photos are of the best room available. The tv did not work, there were no pillowcases on the pillows, the lights didn’t work and the room was filthy. The pictures online are not an accurate example of what you will get.

The property was condemned. Unable to access the room I reserved. Expedia did find me another acceptable room, but it took 2 hours. DO NOT TRY TO RESERVE A ROOM HERE!!!

Motel Hell
Probably the nastiest motel I have ever stayed at. When we first arrived, the room we were assigned had the door wide open and when we walked in a stray cat ran from the room. The beds were not made and the room was trashed. She gave us another room (not equivalent to the one I had paid for) and the room was alright. The bed did not have sheets and the pillows did not have pillow cases. There was old food leftover in the fridge. There were no towels in the room and most of the lights did not work. We got a room on the second floor and when leaning over the rails later that night, almost fell off from the second floor. The rails are almost coming off of the concrete. This motel only has one housekeeper whom I watched get dropped off by three separate cars that night, and then she bought drugs in the parking lot. All within my first two hours of being here. I would not recommend this motel. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again even if I was paid to.

I arrived at 9:30am sat in their parking lot for 4 hours. When I went in the lobby to see what was the earliest I could check in the lady behind the desk said that they weren’t accepting reservations. I said I already have a paid reservation. She said again we’re not taking reservations. I have yet to get a refund. I know someone who called to make a reservation over the phone once they knew I was going to stay there. They took the reservation over the phone but stopped answering the phone after hotel.com representative spoke with them trying to find out what happened with my reservation

There was nothing unique the property was run down, unsafe and dirty. We weren’t even able to check in because the office was completely closed with a note taped to the door saying no more check ins.

When you get there, the women at the front desk will tell you they no longer take online reservations, then they will make you show your receipts of the bookings for the amount you paid and charge you the difference of whatever their rate is (they made me pay $20 more) i tried to argue it but the lady said (it you dont like it go somewhere else) I stayed and paid it because I had already drove an hour to get there and I was tired. Now, the rooms were the worst, if smelled like an ashtray, the lights didn’t work, the curtains didn’t fully cover the window,the fire alawokooked like someone ripped it out of the ceiling with wires hanging all out. There was a crusty rusty little refrigerator in there. Bugs and flies all over, toilet didn’t flush, drawers were all broken with doors missing. Pillows didn’t have pillow cases and looked like a child went crazy with a marker on them. The wall outlets didn’t work, no trash cans, looks like everyone just stacks trash outside their room door. this place seems to dangerous to even be opened. Please beware.

Absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed ! Extremely dirty, staff is rude and inattentive. First, the pictures are completely outdated. The grounds are run down in person. When we arrived to ask how soon we could check out, we could not until later that evening because there was no staff and the open sign was turned off but it’s was well past noon. When we were finally able to check in it took about 30 minutes to sign papers when everything was already done online. When we finally got into the room it was hot and sour. The air didn’t work, there were bugs all over the floor, in the tub, and on the dressers( I took plenty of pictures). There were burn holes in the bed and bugs crawling out from the sink and tub. The shower and sink was dirty and there was no soap. There was no point of a maid because she didn’t even try. The refrigerator was old and moldy and had spots everywhere. When complaining about our air we had to go back 5 times to keep telling her the air didn’t work and she didn’t fix it or let us switch rooms. Didn’t send anyone up to look or anything. Absolutely terrible place to stay. Not worth it, spend money for a motel 6 before you go here.

This experience was AWFUL. When we pulled in we were taken aback by the environment. We had to double check the address to be sure we were in the right place because it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. When we got to the counter to get our key, I was asked for all of my Expedia information “for the owner” which was really weird because I had a reservation and it should have been in their system. She never once looked at a computer, and I don’t even think I remember seeing one. I got the key and went to the room. The key didn’t work. My husband went to the front desk again and a man told him the person who does keys was gone so he’d try a master key for another room. Three rooms later and none of them were even remotely accommodating. The last room he checked didn’t even have power! My husband also overheard people at the front talking about the police and how all the TVs kept getting broken or stolen. The place looked like a crack house, no kidding. We had two young babies; we refused to stay. As my husband was coming back, a man rolled up onto my husband very suspiciously. We literally feared for our lives. There was nothing appealing about this. I truly hope Expedia takes this hotel off its site ASAP. No one should ever have to deal with the crap we went through, and a reputable site like Expedia shouldn’t do business with places such as this. Crazily, the next morning (coming down the street from a different hotel we ended up getting) there were police all over

Do not stay here unless last resort!
Couldn't find reservation. Then put us in room that was dirty, no linens, holes in wall... Obviously remodeling. 2nd room was clean, to extent. Has something sticky all over mirror. Front desk was rude and incompetent.

Looks very run down. Balcony rails broken. No refrigerator, box tv no Wi-Fi no cable. Cups in room were dirty no outlets worked. Holes in the wall where the ac vent goes. Towels looked dirty. In all reality the motel looks like a hurricane and tornado hit it at the same time. I will never visit this place again.

They had bed bugs and cleanliness was very poor. I got bite all on my arms by bed bugs. Very disguating .

Staff was so unprofessional arguing that i didn't pay for the room even after giving my confirmation numbers. Then i was told i paid the wrong price. Room was disappointing with holes in bed spead, holes in carpet, smelled old. Have the pictures to prove the condition. Will never book again

Absolutely awful experience
Do not stay here!!! This hotel was absolutely awful. When we arrived, none of the staff in the lobby were wearing masks. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Once we got into our room, we were mortified. The room was clearly a smoking room, despite us booking a non-smoking room. The room was covered in stains and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. There was graffiti all over the bathroom wall. The towels in the bathroom were stained and smelled terribly. The toilet did not flush. On top of that, the wifi did not work and the hotel staff would not help us fix the issue. We left immediately and I got on the phone with Hotels.com customer service. The representatives I spoke to were incredibly unhelpful, one even blamed me for booking that room despite your website promising that we would have a clean, smoke-free room with wifi. After having such a terrible experience with Hotel O and Hotels.com customer service, I am completely dissatisfied with the experience. We haven't even gotten the refund for the room yet.

Where to begin.. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The hotel looked like something out of a scary movie! Rooms with broken windows and missing doors. Roaches and awful odors. Human fluids everywhere you can think of! I booked a 4 night stay, checked in, got my keys, took a look at the room and was out within the first 10 minutes. Expedia nor the hotel would refund me anything for this stay. STAY AWAY! camping at a park would be better than this!
