Alfombra antigua y sucia, les falta más limpieza y la puerta de el baño de mi habitación no cerraba, aparte de que el baño ya estaba sucio al entrar a mi habitación , nos hospedamos dos días y no fueron a realizar la limpieza de la habitación 🙁, en recepción no había personal bilingüe para atender a turistas

1. A mi llegada al hotel me comentaron que el aseo del cuarto sería un día sí y un día no, en las 3 noches que me hospede no hicieron el aseo ningún día. 2. A mi llegada firme un vaucher para garantizar cualquier gasto extra, al revisar mi estado de cuenta de la tarjeta, tengo un cargo por $859.00 sin que me hayan dado a conocer porque concepto fue el cargo.

I think it is very dirty, they do not clean the rooms every day, I had a reservation for 5 people and they only had towels for 3 people. Not to mention the staff, they were chatting with friends and they did not serve the guests quickly. The cleaning staff did not clean the room well before we entered. That's why I don't recommend this hotel.

Es una lástima, siempre que iba a USA me quedaba en la cadena de la quinta, pero ahora ya están súper descuidados, huele el cuarto a humedad, hay chimenes (cucarachas), no hacen la limpieza en toda la estancia por “covid” y súper descuidado en general.

Muy sucio, pasillos con cacas de perros y no las limpiaron en los 3 dias que estuvimos! Pides hablar con la manager "Ede" y le vale , te toca escuchar en el altavoz del telefono al mostrador "no quiero hablar con el cliente". Los cuartos no los limpian diario y la alfombra apesta a orines.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero le falta mantenimiento, las alfombras muy sucias, cuando llegamos la habitación olía mal, muy poco tiempo para el desayuno y todos los días ofrecen lo mismo
