Our room did not get cleaned everyday...spotted roaches...headboard had carved names in them...32 inch tv in rooms...denys and dings in the wall...great character and great ideas...not good maintenance of property

I called the property a day before i got there and the man on the phone told me check in was at 11am and expedia also says 11am. When i got off my flight and was in an uber i called the property again and a woman told me check in was at 3pm. She ended up helping me get into my room a bit earlier than that which i appreciated, but my caed was charged $25 and she said it wasnt from her end and to contact expedia. It was inconvenient, but since she was nice and allowed me into my room before 3pm i decided that it was fine. During my visit i saw around 6 bugs in my room that i had to buy bug spray for. Once again this was inconvenient but I decided to look past it. Around my third day when i came back from buying bug spray my door was open and some people were painting the door. I asked if i could sit in the office but man at the office said it would take only 10 minutes and i could sit in my room while they did this but my door was open for over 30 mins and i was almost overwhelmed by the smell of paint i had to sit with, not to mention the bugs that were coming in because the door was completely open. The next day the same man told me that my door would have to be open again because they needed to clean the AC. He told me this time as well that it would take 10 mins (it took 40) and once again, flies entered my room because my door was open. Cleanliness and my safety as a solo traveler was not respected and I did not enjoy most of my stay. Please work on this.

The manager is very kind and makes sure every guest is happy. If there is ever an issue, the manager addresses it promptly and with the utmost respect for his guests.

At least we need a decent WiFi.
It was a long fine print which had 15 sentences and people might not want to read it all late at night. They were saying that they were not responsible for anything happen to us bu it is like they are not responsible with all the disappointing service that they have compared to good ones which would provide normal services. We noticed it at first morning and we did not have time to change the room so our food got spoiled already. We had a broken refrigerator and a weak computer signal. The towels were collected at the first morning and we never got them back. There were so many people living or staying for months or something and there was wet laundry laid out in a way that was disgusting. The place was noisy with highway and some people from some stores outside with sounds of arguing throughout the night. We got some itchiness from the floor while sitting and trying to find a good wifi connection for a long time. We explained the situations but the agent looked the other way and said "Good Day" and that was it...

Courteous staff. Grounds looked ok. Kitchen table and bathroom light were broken. Also if freeway noises keep you up steer clear or bring ear plugs.
