Buena relación calidad precio
Es un hotel bien amplio, con varios servicios como el centro de bienestar me encanto poder hacer yoga por las tardes. Lo único que tiene que mejorar son los enchufes en las habitaciones, solo funcionaba uno.

Sitio amigable y limpio con oportunidades de mejora en términos de atención y limpieza general en el lobby. Hay ruido que deben eliminar para las personas que desean descansar. El drenaje de las duchas debe mejorar porque el agua trata de estancarse. Control sobre limpieza, los perros dejan sus heces en el estacionamiento y los dueños no lo recogen.

El lavadero del baño estaba atorado y sucio, reserve dos habitaciones y por ello pedí dos secadoras de cabello pero sólo aceptaron darme una. No había jabón, en la otra habitación no había shampoo, no había tv (es la primera vez que no tengo en alguna reserva),

Recomendable
Nos quedamos dos noches por visita de trabajo a la ciudad de Huaraz. El hotel tiene una muy buena conexión de internet y espacio para poder trabajar cómodamente. El servicio del restaurant muy bueno. Reservamos una habitación deluxe, la vista era muy buena y la cama cómoda. Sería bueno tengan televisores en las habitaciones.

Bonito local pero la atención no es muy buena
La atención de la señorita del registro no fue buena y nada proactiva, ante cualquier consulta que hacíamos nos respondía que ella no sabía. El restaurante demora mucho en preparar los platos (más de media hora para una porción de papas fritas), y las paredes del edificio son muy delgadas, por lo que gente caminando o saliendo en la madrugada te puede despertar fácilmente.

They make parties at night and walls are not prepared to block noise. I had to cancel my second night and I didnt get the refund! Terrible. Cleanness was not enought and place wasnt well kept. Pictures are not true.

Horrible first night experience. They had a DJ on a terrace right across from our room. Started around 10. Signs inside our room in English and Spanish said Quiet Hours were from 11 PM to 7 AM and to please be considerate of guests.We had been on a bus from Lima to Huaraz that took almost 10 hrs and we didn’t get to the hotel until 8:50 PM. We were exhausted. I didn’t mind the music for the first 2 hrs. It was a Saturday and I tried to be understanding. But the 1 AM rolled around and the party was still going on. I went down to talk to the receptionist. She told me she didn’t know when it would be over. She went to check with the DJ, and she came back and said maybe another hour. I was frustrated. Went back to my room and put my noise canceling headsets in, which didn’t help much as the music and yelling and singing was really loud just outside my balcony. 2 AM rolls around and the party is still going strong and loud. 3 AM and still going on. I’ve had enough at this point. I go down and ask for the receptionist to call the police because there was not a phone in the room, and I have US phone service. She doesn’t call the police, but goes to talk to the DJ again. I go to my room in total frustration. We have a tour that starts at 8 AM and we haven’t gotten any rest. At 3:30 AM, they finally shut things down. I think if I hadn’t said anything, it would have gone on til dawn. Terrible experience

Quarto privativo em hostel
Ficamos num quarto privativo do hostel e até que atendeu nossas expectativas. Não pegamos café da manhã mas também não fez falta já que saíamos muito cedo para os passeios. Não é tão perto da maioria dos restaurantes mas andar até eles também não foi um problema. O quarto precisava de reformas mas nos atendeu bem.

As many other Selina locations, great pictures, the hotel, not so much. I paid a deluxe suite, the bed was terrible, any face towel, just a big one that one day the forgot to replace. The overall service is a disgrace. NOT WORTH THE PRICE

Cool and welcoming
Great vibe - colourful and cool. Great shared spaces to relax or connect to the rest of the world (good WiFi). I rebooted and extended my stay. A half mile uphill from the main square area in a quiet part of town. Nothing much around the hotel but the reason to be in Huaraz is generally to be in the mountains outside town.

Bon à accueil, hotel joliment décoré, beau jardin, espaces communs agréables. Par contre, très bruyant matin, soir et nuit : Hôtel (musique du bar), clients (claquement de portes, cris dans les couloirs) alors qu'on se lève tôt pour les treks (4h du mat) Seul hôtel qui nous ai facturé un check in avancé (usd$20) Le restaurant, délais beaucoup trop longs, nous sommes partis au bout de 2 heures sans être servis...!

Magnifique établissement au style et à aux couleurs du Perou. Les chambres sont propres les espaces communs également, il y a tout ce qui est nécessaire sur place.
