Family Gathering
We spent a long weekend at this property. We had a great time. The house was spacious, clean, and a Great location. The garage was nice for rental car as parking is premium in this very nice neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance. The house had everything we needed. The courtyard, with hot tub, was very relaxing. I would highly recommend.

Great stay steps from the beach and downtown!
Perfect spot located right off of Main Street and just 1 block from the beach / pier. Couldn’t go wrong with this spot for your next stay.

Great Location
We had a terrific stay as this house had two important features for Huntington Beach: walking distance to the beach and parking for two cars. There is plenty to do downtown as well.

Surf City Stay
Awesome....Loved the home..so cute! Although, I was bitten by something and had to go to urgent care....they think it was a sand flea? My entire hand was swollen and had to get an antibiotic...we believe this was at the beach...The house was great.....totally equipped, great internet, etc was a little strange in that someone was in a van outside - near the garage at all times...a nice fellow but rather odd. We ended up leaving early...it was a strange vacay for us...Honestly, good house

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for something close to downtown. Has tons of space and is right in the middle of the action.

Family Vacation!
We stayed in Huntington Beach for a 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family of 9. The location was excellent as it was a short walk to the downtown area, beach and the pier. The house was very clean and spacious! I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Huntington Beach.

Great near beach location!
Two blocks from HB pier & one block off Main Street makes getting around on foot easy. Main Street HB is so entertaining & there are so many great events, restaurants & shops nearby. Two blocks from Pacific City for great shopping & the beach path is great for walking, running, etc. beach volleyball on the ready with amazing sunset views you won’t get anywhere else.

Great Location - Lovely Property
We stayed at this property for the month of August 2021 and had a great time. The location is ideal and within a few minutes walk to dozes of restaurants, shops and of course the beach. There is also a small market close by and a proper grocery store only 2 miles away. The property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our time there. The property has wifi as advertised but it really works best downstairs and would often cut out for 5-15 minutes and then come back. This is obviously a 'first world problem" and we never contacted the property management about it, it was just frustrating because we were working remotely during our stay. This was not a big enough issue to impact our review. The only other thing that took a bit of finesse was the parking. The garage has a lot of things in it: beach chairs, wagons high chairs, bikes, etc. All great things to have on hand but we had to rearrange it all in order to get both of our cars (two mid size SUVs) in the garage - and it was a very tight fit. Again, this was mentioned on the advertisement so we were prepared for a tight squeeze, we just weren't prepared to have to reorganize the space. We did not contact the property management about this issue, and this issue does not impact our review. We would recommend this property, the description and photos are completely accurate, and the hosts made communication easy.

Hello, thank you for letting me know about the Wi-Fi we have been adding mesh Wi-Fi to most of our properties. I could've done that during your stay if I knew the Wi-Fi was not working well. I will add mesh wifi to the list. Thank you! Mike

Great Memories
We love Huntington Beach and this location couldn’t be better. Close to Main Street, Pacific City and the Beach. Our family had a great time during our month in this house and look forward to next year.

In the heart of Huntington Beach
Cannot get any closer to the action of Huntington Beach. One block from Main Street. One block from Pacific Coast Highway. One black from the new Pacific City mall with the best coffee and morning views. We parked our car in the garage for 7 days and walked everywhere. Highly recommend this beach house.

Upon arrival I received wrong code for door. The property manager responded immediately to correct issue. The heat wasn’t working in the house so the property manager sent repairman. They couldn’t resolve issue first night so brought 5 heaters over. The heaters tripped the breaker which included outlets on half of the house and cable, so was an extremely chilly first night. Repairman came next day and fixed upstairs heat, downstairs was chilly for entire stay. There was constant yelling in street in middle of the night both in front and behind house as well as dogs howling all night. Lights and fan in one room would turn on and off by themselves. Not sure if it was another electrical mishap or if we were sharing house with unseen visitors. At any rate a little unnerving. I also received daily emails from owner which I thought was a little unnecessary. This was a beautiful house with tons of space but I would personally never rent this particular property again.

Wow Nikki, this is a really awful review and not fair. The heating system has been fixed, it was an issue with the dampener that moves the heat between the upstairs and downstairs. For your stay we showed you the issue and offered to move you but you said you were fine with the downstairs fireplace and the space heaters we gave you. If the heater tripped the breaker why didn't you call me? I tis very easy to reset the breaker or just move one of the heaters to a different outlet. No one else has informed me of any issues with the electrical and upon inspection we could not find any issues. Sorry for checking on you during your stay, most people enjoy that and again why didn't you complain than and give me a chance to help you. For the dogs barking, we have the manage the house right next door and those guests had 2 dogs. If you told me about the barking I could have told them to remedy the issue, our pet contract states if we have a barking complaint the dogs need to go.Maybe a hotel is a better fit for you, this review just does not match our other 15 - 5 star reviews posted on aribnb and So Cal Hot Properties web site for this home.
