It was great!

We were in Irvine to attend my daughter's Law School graduation so we didn't spend much time in the house. But it was spotless, and the 3 bedrooms, 2 baths were perfect for the 4 of us. We arrived about an hour early to drop off our stuff, and the owner was very cheerful and kind and let us stash our stuff in a closet. She was still cleaning! We left immediately. When we called to checkout she was again cheerful and kind. It couldn't have been easier. I'd definitely stay here again! Maybe get to the beach. Thank you so much.

Awesome location!

A cute beach cottage on a lovely street. So close to Main Street and the beach - yet very quiet. The house was nicely refurbished. And it included all the amenities we needed. We had a bbq one night on the patio. It’s a fun place to hang at night - with the firepit and some wine. We will stay here again on our next visit!

Great Place Just Blocks From The Beach!

This is our second time at this house. This place is fantastic! It’s just blocks from the beach, the price was great for the area, and the hosts were helpful. There were plenty of things to do around the area, including The beach, Walking, Riding Bikes, shopping and restaurants. The property is nicely decorated and looks just like it does in the photos. The area is nice and quiet. We had a great experience here, and I would highly recommend this property! Thanks so much!

Great Location for time in downtown HB

We were in town for the Surf City Marathon. This place was a 15 minute walk from the start/finish line. Also very convienent to eat and drink in downtown HB. Great host who was in contact with us to check if we needed anything. Street parking and a small parking spot behind the house makes this a plus. Highly recommend if you want to stay near downtown HB.
