Normalerweise sind wir nebenan im Pure, wollten aber uns diesmal das Aldau nicht als Pure-Gast anschauen. Untergebracht waren wir in einer neu renovierten Suite, welche mega geräumigt und mehr als up2date war (Smartspiegel, Smart-TV, tolle Ladefunktionen via USB und Co am Esstisch), sehr geräumiger walk-in-Ankleide mit Fönbar! Was will man mehr! Der Balkon war mit Liege und Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet und bot einen herrlichen Blick über die Anlage mit Meerblick. Gastronomisch finde ich es gut, dass man 24h im Barbereich nicht nur essen, sondern auch die Getränkekarte hoch- und runter genießen konnte. Die Anlage ist ein Traum!!! Was hier vom Gartenteam jeden Tag mühevoll in Schuss gehalten wird ist schon der Wahnsinn. Auch hier gibt es Getränkeservice am Pool. Generell ist gastrotechnisch alles wunderbar und auf einem unvergleichbarem hohen Niveau. Man kann alles ohne schlhectes Gewissen oder Panik essen und trinken! Der neue Spa ist empfehlenswert. Tolles Ambiente und schöne Anwendungen (unbedingt mal turkish hammam ausprobieren). Das ganze Hotelpersonal ist wirklich erstklassig und beschert einem einen tollen Urlaub! Spässe und bissl plauschen ist mit allen möglich. Da fast alle richtig gutes deutsch sprechen (Hut ab) kann ich getrost auch meine Eltern hier urlauben lassen! Ebenso möchte ich die herzliche Begrüssung (wie vom gesamten Personal) von Vanessa noch erwähnen. Ebenfalls ist bis zum Strand hin alles barrierefrei ausgebaut, was erwähnenswert ist!

Had a lovely week at the ALDAU and was blown away by home huge it is. The pool is an absolute beast! A great family spot with lots to do and great service and staff. The food wasn't especially amazing unless you were able to score a reservation to one of the restaurants on site, which was nearly impossible to do, and you could only go once if you could. The buffet was also huge and I suspect the size of it had an impact on the quality of food at times. There was a lot of construction that was happening in the older rooms which made it very loud and noisy in the latter part of the day when you were trying to sit on the deck and relax. The location to the Red Sea was excellent, but the snorkeling trips were very short for the $$. I would definitely go back again, but if just with a couple of people, I would probably chose a smaller resort in the end. AS I found in all of Egypt however, the people and staff were some of the most polite and friendliest that I have met in all of my travels!

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Aldau, tolle Gartenanlage, sehr gutes Essen in allen Restaurants und Spitzenservice. Den besten Espresso gibt es in den beiden Bars neben der Reception. Alex und Tanga sind gute Strandrestaurants und schöne Alternativen zum Hauptrestaurant. Trotz Nähe zum Flughafen ist das Hotel sehr ruhig, wir haben gut geschlafen. Etwas Lärm kommt höchstens vom kinderfreien Steigenberger Pure Life gegenüber.

Not a pleasant check-in experience
I arrived in Hurghada a day earlier than planned. I was not able to modify my reservation to arrive a day early and per the Hotels.com virtual assistant, I was instructed to make a 1 day reservation. I did just that and had my original reservation for 3 days pulled up so I could book the same room so I wouldn't have to move after 1 night. I arrived at the hotel after 10 pm. I checked in and was told that I would have the same room for my entire stay. I was taken to my room. It was nothing at all like I booked and paid for. I went back to the front desk and the guy working started to tell me that for my 1st night that I did not book the better room. Either he just made that up on the spot or he was being very dishonest by putting me into a lower level room at my original chek in. Keep in mind that the amount that I paid for my extra 1st night was higher than the next 3 and on the hotels website that rate is for the better room. He then tried to tell me that he would upgrade me for the 1st night and I could stay in the better room for my entire stay. I stayed at this hotel a year before and booked the same room and I loved my room and located on my original visit. I tried asking the guy at the front desk if I could have a room close to that original room from the previous year and he just kept talking over me and telling me what I like and how much I was going to like the room I was going to stay in. The room is the same but the location is different from my previous stay.

The staff here are excellent, the grounds swimming pool and beach are really nice and the dining options, particularly the beacfront restaurants are great. Also we did some really good dives with the on site dive centre so overall a great stay!

Hotel facilities are excellent. We went with 2 teenage boys and there was so much to do - diving, wakeboarding, water polo, beach volley ball etc etc but also a lovely lazy river, gym and spa. Large hotel but laid out in a way that means it feels much smaller around the pool which is lovely. Definitely recommend and would go back.

親切で丁寧な接客です。レストランも充実していて、ブュッフェが最高でした。プールもビーチも最高です。向かいのホテルのプールも利用でき、ウォータースライダーがあって良かったです。おすすめします！

Great place to be. Great food and service. Very nice facility. Pool is amazing. Beach needs clean up and expansion. Too much rocks. Requested a beach view and got thrown into a building side view inititally. People smoking everywhere. Uncomfortable. Internet is weak in rooms. Foul smell comes off the AC sometimes. I think AC intake is close to a sewer outlet.

We had an amazing family vacation at a hotel that surpassed all expectations. The staff warmly welcomed us, especially Mr. Dawod and Mina, who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideal for families, with fantastic amenities. The pool and beach were impressive, and the aqua park kept our kids entertained. The availability of delicious snacks throughout the day was a delightful touch. The food quality was exceptional, with high standards. Samuel Reda provided cheerful and attentive service at breakfast, and Hanan Gamal ensured guests were well taken care of. Emad Elbadry at the pool bar went above and beyond to assist us, and Mohamed Awny at the Karibu bar was polite and hardworking. The entire staff was exceptional, creating a memorable and relaxing experience. We are grateful for their dedication. We can't wait to return, as this hotel excelled in all aspects, making it the perfect destination for our future family vacations.

We had minor issues but Mina took care of it. Big thanks to Mina who managed the situation in a professional way and he would be one of the main reasons why we would return back to the hotel. The hotel is full of activities so you won’t be bored for a long stay. High service and food is great Highly recommended

Property was very clean and well maintained. Food selection was top quality and entertainment was nightly. The spa massages were amazing and performed by professionals. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay at a robust high quality hotel in Hurghada. Would come again.

I LOVED this hotel. The service, the amenities, the food, the area. Everything! I’d stay here again if I ever were to return to Hurghada. Right on the beach, and the service was amazing. Loved the food. Enjoyed our stay and view.

My go to resort in Hurghada
There is not 1 thing that I would change with my visit. The hotel, staff, food, grounds, service, and security were all top notch. My room was incredible and the view was the best.

Fantastic place. Well maintained. First class service. Very good food in the main restaurant. We enjoyed also quality of food and service in the booked restaurants: Tanga Beach Restaurant, Sushi Bar, and Samurai Teppanyaki Grill.

Das Hotel ist allgemein genial. Das Essen sehr vielseitig, geniessbar, rund um die Uhr verfügbar und im Preis inbegriffen (all inclusive). Das Personal jederzeit professionell. Die Anlage bestens gewartet und mit einer vielzahl an Aktivitäten ausgestattet. Hat auch eine eigene Tauchbasis, um zB das Tauchbrevet zu machen, sehr empfehlenswert. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, man sollte jedoch eine Transfermoglichkeit vorgängig buchen (vom Hotel beispielsweise), um nervenaufreibende Diskussionen mit ultra abzockenden Taxifahrern zu vermeiden.
