Muy recomendable
El hotel nos ha gustado mucho: las vistas desde la habitación, la atención del personal...mucha amabilidad. La ubicacion es buenisima, cerquisima de Cala Nova y a poca distancia de Santa Eularia. Ademas, poder bajar a la playa desde la piscina, una gozada! Esta muy limpio. Muy recomendable

No hay servicio de minibar pero te bloquean dinero de la tarjeta por si lo usas. No hay línea telefónica desde la habitación a la recepción ni al restaurante. Podría haber consumido mucho más en el hotel pero no dan facilidades para pedir que suban algo del bar a la habitación. Tiene terraza pero ni ahí te permiten fumar. Incómodo todo esto y una pérdida de ingresos para el hotel.

Buenos días Jose Carlos,Lo primero de todo disculparnos por la tardanza en la respuesta, la verdad es que el volumen de trabajo nos acucia.Lo segundo lamentar que su experiencia no haya sido tan satisfactoria como Usted, y el hotel, deseamos desde un principio.Por otro lado, no puedo entender bien que se le bloqueara dinero de la tarjeta si nosotros sólo podemos tomar la numeración, los minibares tras el Covid de momento no pueden ser restablecidos.Si es tan amable comuníquese por mail si quiere que lleguemos hasta el fondo del asunto. info.ibizasantaeulalia@leonardo-hotels.com a la atención de Jorge para que yo sea quien haga el seguimiento.Muchas gracias por hacernos saber y le deseamos lo mejor,

We booked a superior sea view room, but got a Bert little small room without a couch or anything. And we don’t have a full view on the sea. The alternative was free all-inclusive. It was okay but I miss the room!

La situation de l’hôtel était top en bord de plage avec une très belle vue. Par contre, concernant les chambres extrêmement mal isolée, les murs sont du papier très bruyant. Impossible de se reposer. La literie vieillissant et inconfortable et les repas n’était vraiment pas. Bon adapté à la clientèle anglaise sûrement.

war ok für den Preis. ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend erneuert werden. So ging zb die tapete ab und im bad war sehr viel schimmel an den Fugen. das hotel ist exakt gleich geblieben nach dem wechsel von alua nach leonardo. frühstück war ok. es ist aber sehr laut und das publikum ist auch nicht das allerbeste…

One of front desk staff at the location was very rude. He was working the late night shift and yelled at me because I went in the dining hall to get coffee after the another front desk worker nodded for me to go in. When ordering a taxi you have to tell the front desk it takes forever

This is a hotel where they scam customers. I was there from September 16 to September 18 with my family consisting of 2 adults and 3 children from 12 years and under. They put me in a room with a broken refrigerator. I had medicine with me that needed to be cooled and also bought food that needed to be cooled. Had to throw away all the food. They wanted to have my medicine cooled at the front desk instead of giving me another room. No one from the hotel called me back to discuss the situation with me. To my even greater annoyance, the air conditioning did not cool. Only the next evening did they send me a technician who confirmed that the air conditioning was not cooling properly. Despite that, no response from the hotel. Despite Expedia called them 3 times, they did nothing about my uncomfortable situation and the manager could never be reached. They refused to give me another room under the pretext that they had other guests that were still due after I checked in. Maybe I should have gone to the lobby and started cursing loudly. Then I would definitely have had a good room. But unfortunately those are not my ways. It seems like people are afraid to give you another room. The customer service policy at this hotel is that of a cheap motel. Believe me, I feel cruelly ripped off by this hotel. In a good hotel they would have called you and at least given you other options. The check-in Check-in alone took 45 minutes, even though there were only 4 check-ins before me.

Stayed for 7 nights. Room was quite tight for 3 but clean. Sofa bed was tired looking and mattress not especially comfortable. Unfortunately the cleaning service did not change the sofa bed linen. The walls are quite thin so can easily hear neighbour noise but on the whole there was very little disruption. Staff in reception very helpful and welcoming. Nice touch of having iced water available. Room sea view was lovely, however the 12-2 kids disco at the poolside was very loud, so if you want peace and quiet, best to be out at this time! The pool in general could do with a refurb. It's a great size and depth but smells very strong of chlorine and seems a bit dated. Note that the hotel state no reservations of sunbeds, which was a relief, although there were still a few people pegging their towels at 8am. We stayed B B. Breakfast selection great. Gets busy after 9.30. Hotel location great, good access to 2 beaches and nice area to explore. Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the hotel was true to the photos and description.

Zunächst Positives: Gute Hotel Lage, nahe an Stand. Schönes Pool, Aktivitäten für kleine Gäste! Freundliches Personal in Restaurants und Bars. Negatives (deutlich mehr => leider) Preis Leistung stimmt leider von vorne bis hinten nicht, Qualität von All-In Getränken billig und zu süß, keine richtigen Getränke bis auf Bier und Sangria. Cocktails günstig und nicht zu empfehlen. Zimmer wurde bei uns 2-mal nicht aufgeräumt, aufgrund von mangelndem Personal. Wenn man später als 10:30 auschecken möchte, muss man noch 20 € für 1,5 Stunden zahlen (erlebe sowas zum ersten Mal). Ich komme nicht mehr weider

Disappointing all round.
First impressions - on check in the receptionist Gala was unhelpful and unfriendly. No information provided on the hotels facilities. Sent us out of the hotel in the wrong direction on the hunt for our room which was in a separate building, we had to go back and ask again. Room was tired. No bar or facilities at the annexe building so you have to walk to the main building. Food in the restaurant was poor. Drink choices also poor for the All Inclusive package. Really disappointing all round. We ended up eating and drinking in the local bars and eateries. If you are going here, please don't waste your money. There are nicer places to go where staff are much nicer, food nicer and drinks nicer.

Chambre mal isolée, impossible de dormir après 7h30 du matin au 1ère étage à cause des clients qui ouvrent et qui claquent les portes sans arrêt à longueur de journée, ensuite ce sont les femmes de menages et pour finir les cuisines du dessous que vous entendez fortement. J'oubliais aussi les enfants qui crient, qui pleurent nuit et jour dans les couloirs et chambres, et la douche du voisin que l'on entend . Mise à part ça rien d'autre à dire tout est bien sauf ce gros soucis

Buona posizione a due passi: bar, ristoranti, noleggio auto e possibilità di parcheggio. 3 piscine di cui una era proprio fuori dalla ns stanza.. Cucina molto buona, spiaggia piccola ma attrezzata e fermata autobus/ taxi a 5 min a piedi.. Sulla pulizia della camera si potrebbe fare meglio ma nel complesso accettabile

Great family retreat.
If you are looking for ultimate luxury then this is not for you. However..if you are looking for a great location, decent food with a good choice and all the basic holiday essesntials then this is a good spot. Our party was 2 aduts and 4 kids (12 10 10 and 8). The pool and the beach are a 40 second walk so if you get the beds in between the 2 the kids can go from one to the other and you can see them at all times. The food choices were good. The salad bar was excellent as was the fruit bar. The bed situation is a problem as people reserve put of hours but this is now the norm. The beach is nice. Plenty to see and do without venturing too far. Great hotel for families wanting a relaxing week away with all the basics covered. Will defo consider staying there again.

Séjour très agréable dans l'hôtel, le service est de qualité, le rapport / qualité prix est correct, la literie est confortable, le balcon pour 6 personnes est trop petit mais vu sur la mer c'était agréable. Plus de musique au moment du couché de soleil serait apprécié pour favoriser l'instant fin de journée. Idéalement situé pour un moment en famille, plage et commerce proximité. Nous recommandons cet établissement
