No es un hotel de 5* ya que el personal no está nada cualificado para ello. Todo el hotel te trata en inglés aunque seas español, deberían solo acoger huéspedes ingleses ya que ye hacen el trato exclusivamente en inglés. El check-in es a las 15h y no te darán una habitación antes por mil excusas,la verdad es que la camarera de pisos no llega ya que dobla habitaciones a lo estipulado en un hotel 5*. La mayoria de trabajadores sobretodo los de la terraza gravity no serían aptos ni para trabajar en un chiringuito agitanado. Se encaran con los huéspedes, nunca había visto algo similar. VERGONZOSO hotel, es un hotel nuevo pero las 3* serían las correctas. Resumen: si eres Español ni se te ocurra reservar en ese hotel. Lo único positivo es la calidad de la comida y 4 trabajadores contados.

Très bon séjour, mais quelques points à améliorer
Établissement spacieux, bien placé et proche de la mer. Chambre spacieuse (signature level) et vue magnifique sur la mer. Steak house restaurant très bon et service très bien. Helios bon restaurant pour le midi avec un très beau cadre, mais service et accueil à améliorer. Restaurant buffet bon et varié mais sans plus. Signature level est un bon choix offrant des prestations supplémentaires, toutefois le personnel n'explique pas les avantages et n'est également pas attentif à la couleur du bracelet. Piscine du Signature level très bien et peu occupée, service peu proactif. Spa très beau mais bruyant car devant la route et pas d'intimité car vis-à-vis importantsur les chambres. Rooftop magnifique et beau couché de soleil au calme, mais service lent et pas attentif. Globalement service pas au niveau d'un 5 étoiles.

Fantastisches Essen und unglaublich freundliche Kellner mit hervorragendem Service. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, der Ausblick zum Meer hervorragend. Was nicht akzeptabel war, war das Beharren der Rezeption auf eine Zimmerübergabe erst ab 15 Uhr. Zimmer waren definitiv fertig und es gab keinen Grund, den Gast verschwitzt rumsitzen zu lassen. Außerden wird vorher nach der Ankunftszeit gefragt - wieso fragt man sich da.

This was a wonderful place for a romantic getaway. It is quiet, some music by the pools but you're on the opposite side of the island from the main clubbing area. At least it seemed that way. We just stayed in the resort and enjoyed all it had to offer. Even did the couples massage which is a great value. Great staff, the butler service was excellent and all the restaurants were delicious. We'll be back.

Outstanding staff. Very clean hotel. Pool is nice, beach is cool but nothing beats the gravity area on the roof. Infinity pool and lounge chairs during the day and great bar/entertainment at night. Would return just to hang out on the roof.

Amazing hotel - we didn’t want to leave! The standard of the food was the best we’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort, along with the choice of drinks on offer to non-signature level guests like us. The staff were all super friendly and we enjoyed the daytime atmosphere at the main pool. Would visit again!

We booked for three nights at the end of August and had a signature level suite. The room was fantastic, had two balconies, a wonderfully comfortable bed, the best mattress Ive ever slept on. The shower was great as was the bath that had a stunning view of the sunset every day. The staff were always helpful, friendly and polite, expecially the reception staff and the butlers on the 5th floor. The gravity bar on the top floor was great and there were always beds available for sun bathing. The drinks were great too and it was so easy to stay up there all day in the shade drinking mojitos. The only negative for me was the food. Its definitely not five stars. The buffet restaurant was ok and had a wide variety of food but Ive been to much better places and had much better quality food. We went to the Mediterranean restaurant one night but it was a bit pretentious and again the food was average. Its also worth noting that the portion sizes were so small we asked for another course and were told that the kitchen had closed at 10.30. we ended up having to order room service because we were so hungry. This was an extra 200 euros with a bottle of wine. Overall its a great place to stay but dont expect too much of the food.

We stayed here for a week to visit the clubs but also have a place that was safe and quiet for recuperating. We opted in for the Signature Level to have what we thought were better drinks, food, and amenities. Our room had a couch already converted to a second bed. We disassembled it, and even after turndown all the mattress pads and sheets remained in the corner of the couch the rest of our stay. Totally bizarre. When you get to a restaurant is unclear if the "gourmet" items are included or not. They aren't - for either level. The drinks are also supposed to be premium, but they are all the same minus a few "top shelf bottles." Most of which you can't get at the common area bars. And mixed drinks have a time when you can no longer get them, it's arbitrary or else I would help. There's also this weird reservation system with your "butler." You can reserve a table and hope it goes through. It's really the only purpose of the butler I found. Ours wasn't even reserved once, despite confirmation, and then it became a big to-do to get in. The kicker is once we were inside, we laughed because the entire restaurant was empty. Some food is good. Some is just OK. None really lives up to the extra price. There are times when you can't get any food, and room service is extra, so grab some snacks at the airport. The pools are nice. Especially the quiet ones (roof and far area). The hydrotherapy area was super loud and annoying. Would not return.

Really great all inclusive 5 stars offer
Nice modern hotel with beautiful surroundings and garden. Pools are great whether you like festive atmosphere or a quieter arbor you’ll find what you need. Really great food (breakfast buffet, snacks by the pool, 2 in-house restaurants) and attentive staff. It has all the features of a 5 stars hotel; but reminds that it is a big hotel, lot of guests and an all inclusive offer meanings : you won’t find the charm of a boutique hotel. 2 points to make it even better: - menu on restaurants and snacks could be more diverse. After a week you starts eating the same food - cocktail and drinks are nice but more premium alcohol would be a plus ( it says premium ones are reserved for Signature level guests, but to the price you already pay, all guests should have access to premium alcohols, not cheap ones like Jim beam or San Jose)

The hotel is very nice and has a lot of pools. The staff is very friendly. The two restaurants Helios and Gaucho require reservation, but the food is out of this world. Special thanks to Paco from Gaucho and David from Helios for the great experience and delicious food recommendations.

My girlfriend and I had an incredible stay at TRS Hotel in Ibiza! This 5-star hotel surpassed all our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, and the poolside cocktails were perfect. The evening activities kept us entertained, and we didn't feel the need to venture elsewhere. The spacious room with mirrors everywhere added a touch of elegance. The breathtaking view from the room was a true highlight. The Gravity lounge bar on the roof was a dream, offering stunning views. The daily music around the main pool created a cool and vibrant atmosphere. We couldn't get enough of the truffle burgers at Stack bar at IO, and the all-day cocktails were simply delightful. Getting to the main town was easy with a taxi, costing around €30. The staff were super professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend TRS Hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience in Ibiza.
