Disappointed

It might be good in the future, as it looks like they are renovating part of the facility. However, the towels were dirty, the garbage had not been emptied, the room's smoke alarm was missing, the mattress and pillows were worn out, the walls were dirty, the parking lot was closed for repaving, the fire alarm went off twice during the night, there were broken windows, broken lamp posts. This was the worst place I have ever stayed.

When we arrived the hotel did not look like photos. First room was dirty with what looked like blood on the comforter. The second story replacement room had cigarette holes in sheets, unrepaired holes in ceiling from water damage, rippling linoleum and uneven floor boards and no shower curtain. When we asked for a shower curtain, we were told they do not have access to the housekeeping resources. We arrived at midnight and there were people roaming the halls knocking on doors and a group of men carrying giant channel locks, I did not feel safe. It appears that they are not ready to be open yet but they chose to anyway.

The place is not clean and the towels look dirty. However, I didn't mind because of the price and I was there for only a night.

The lodging is not ready for business. The room is dirty. Bath tub with no curtain and has not been clean no sure for how long. Night stand is missing, light failed to work, not even one trash bin in the room! All entrance is wrap in plastic and whole building looks like under construction. Pictures of the building and room totally not match. We check in very late, otherwise we will just leave even we already booked and paid online without refund!

Indtjekning var forkert. Kunne ikke finde reservationen og gav vores værelses koder til andre. Værelser var særdeles beskidte, linned og håndklæder var ikke rene. Der lugtede grimt af dårlig indeklima fugtigt. Fliser på badeværelse var i stykker og vandhaner var løse i væggen. Der var skimmel på badeværelse og i vinduer. Lænestol var våd og uhumsk. Gulvtæpper i fælles arealer var meget beskidte og vinduerne var blændet af med plastik, måske pga renovering. Hund på naboværelset pep og gøede det meste af aftenen. Stik til strøm var ikke monteret fast i væggen.

Waldorf Astoria this is not….but I knew this when I searched based on lowest price. Typical review for this place. is quite negative which is interesting because what did they expect? Outdated…yes. A little worn….yes. But bed was clean and comfortable. TV, A/C, toilet and shower worked fine. I don’t require fancy- this was perfectly fine for what I needed- good sleep and inexpensive. Happy, happy.

Recent ownership change. Need to close the hotel down and renovate. Staff knows they are out of work soon when that happens. Grossly understaffed. Dirty room, unfortunately bed bugs as well. Will not stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Every time I went into the hallway it felt like I should be running away from Jack Nicholson. Hotel had holes in the walls, very dirty, no Toilet paper I had to ask for some at the front desk. It smelled really bad, they lied and called it lodge falls which it’s actually Econo lodge, which is typically used for truck drivers and strippers I wish I was lying but my daughter found a short black curly in her bed and I noticed in the shower corner of the ceiling looked like someone threw a used condom there. The lights on our room didn’t work. A/C unit was terrible. Police sirens going outside. One plus if Jack Nicholson was chasing me I could use the broken abandoned microwave at the end of the hall. Luckily they had a pool but we saw from a previous review that they were told NOT to swim in the pool because it had not been cleaned. Cigarette burn holes in the comforter. Highly recommend you find a different hotel.

Do not stay here

The floor was not swept or mopped. There was someone's socks hanging in the closest. One of the beds had hair and crumbs in it like the sheets had not been changed. We asked for extra sheets and blankets and we got one blanket and a tablecloth. They said they did not have anymore sheets. The blanket the gave us had hair on it and the table cloth had fake eyelashes on it. We did even sit down in the room because it felt so dirty. We didn’t stay the night we found a better hotel and left.

JUST DON'T BOOK IT!!! You will thank me later.

WOW!!! Probably the scariest place I have ever stayed. I wasn't expecting 4 star quality but thought I'd at least get a clean room and quick rest while a cross state drive. I would have left after arriving but my reservation was non-refundable.

When we got there Card Key provided did not work, we were allocated another room, this room did not have what was promised fridge and microwave, we eventually got a fridge, the room had not been vacuumed prior and during our stay, I even was prepared to vacuum the room myself, cleanliness is not a factor

We just stayed here for two nights. The first room we were given had lock issues so had to get a different room. The room we were assigned next had vomit on the shower walls, broken tile floors in the bathroom (cut my foot on the tile). Also had broken light fixtures and random wrappers on the floor. When I mentioned this to the front desk the young lady, very politely said " we are renovating". WoW....is all I can say. I dont usually leave reviews, but this was beyond disgusting. I have photos! I am sure they will hate this review, and I am sure they will know who left it. Again, disgusting. A simple " sorry your room looked like the aftermath of a drunken brawl". Lol, had to let the community know. Maybe worth a shot after the renovation.

The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet and that is very important to me.

Made reservation. Did not stay here. Very dirty! Offered two different rooms. Both very dirty! One smelled of old cigarettes. Used towels left on the counter. The other room had holes in the sheets. Smelled rotten.
