Great condo for our family
Wonderful access right on beach, walk to places, and quiet. Nice kitchen and while the condo itself is somewhat dated it is very clean and beds super comfortable. Responsive nice property manager! Thank you for a great Christmas stay!

Great Location - Great Vacation!
This property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and walking distance to a number of good dining options. Covered parking area with TWO spots was terrific. The property manager was so awesome, that when I realized that I booked our departure one day before our flight, she found a way to make it work and add the day to our reservation! The view from the balcony and living room windows was awesome. Kitchen was well-equipped, beds were comfortable. NO NEGATIVES on this AWESOME property. Will mark this one to "stay here next time I visit Imperial Beach."

Great room in a safe/secure building/parking
We had a great stay, we knew the water quality was bad and went up the coast a bit to get into the ocean but the beach was close and the rooms were great. Loved the secure parking and security of the whole complex, nice shops and dining close by and up in Coronado too

Dream come true
I grew up in IB and always wanted to stay on the beach. Finally got the opportunity and shared it with my family. It was close to restaurants and shops and the view was amazing.

The positives: The view from the property is fantastic. You can comfortably see the beach from the living area, and see sunsets from the balcony. Everything was very clean. and the large shower attached to the master suite was a really nice touch. The foldable wagon made it VERY easy to get the (also included) folding chairs to and from the beach. Given the rampant homelessness in the area, I was very pleased to have all of the security precautions in place for the community as well as the unit. The neutrals: I felt like I was playing an RPG while getting access to the unit, bhe instructions included were perfect for navigating this. The kids thought it was hilarious. Neither of the garage remotes worked. I ended up having to dial up the garage code each time I needed to enter and leave the place. They did give me additional remotes via the lock-box, but I never tried them to see if they worked. The wifi for this specific unit didn't exist. I ended up connecting to the wifi for another unit, and used that for the duration of the stay. Thankfully, that wifi worked just fine. The not-so-greats: None of the cable boxes worked. The remotes included to control the TVs and the cable boxes seemed very minimally functional. It was tough to just switch the inputs. The homeless problem in this area is insane. Most seemed harmless, but one was screaming profanities at the top of his lungs and beating on things with a metal rod outside.

The views are simply stunning
This is a very comfortable condo, it could use a little updating and deep cleaning but we were very happy during our time there. The view are unmatched, I loved waking up to see the beach and watching the sun set from the balcony. The pool was fun and the location was close enough to everything that my kids didn't whine too much while driving to our excursions. We would definitely stay there again.

Best vacation bed ever! Endless beautiful waves!
This condo complex has become our favorite spot to stay in So-Cal. We love the view of the ocean and sound of the waves from the livingroom! The ocean isn't always swim-able but its always beautiful. The parks and some restaurants near by are awesome. Katy's Cafe has great coffee, Coronado Brewing Co. has delicious calamari, Doggos Gus is unique and yummy. There were some other reviews that mentioned this unit needing hot pads, so we bought some and left them. The beds are super comfortable and everything is very clean. Each condo we've stayed in here has had a couple maintenance issues that needed to be addressed but the manager is prompt to reply and easy to contact. The assigned parking underground is really nice to have, as is the w&d in the unit. For reference we are a family of four, kids are 4 and 1, also had Grandma and Uncle with us. Space was comfortable even for our large group, kitchen well equipped for family dinners. We will be back!

Located right on the ocean in a beautiful part of Imperial Beach! Shops and restaurants in walking distance! Close to all SanDiego has to offer!! Highly reccomend!!!

Wonderful 60th birthday celebration
We met with long-time friends to celebrate a big birthday. Spent our days walking the beautiful beach and pier, playing bridge and trying several fun restaurants in Imperial Beach. The condo was even more than we expected. Beds were very comfortable and the view was stunning. We would definitely rent this place again. The management company kept in close communication before, during and after our stay. Loved this vacation!

Booking was easy. Overall very pleased with our experience. Clean, easily accessible and perfect location. Could use: an extra set of sheets and pillows for pull out sofa bed. Garbage can in master bathroom, bath mats and pot holders. Would definitely recommend this location snd stay again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!

Fun family vacation
The location of this condo was ideal. The home had everything- minus a few kitchen necessities like pot holders. Super clean, great size, views were spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.
