40 Year Anniversary Celebration
This home was a wonderful place to gather with our family and some close friends for our Wedding Anniversary. The home is absolutely beautiful and has quality furnishings and amazing art !! We ended up with a brisk and rainy weekend but it was not spoiled because there is so much to do onsite (billiard pool, shuffle board, pinball games, card table and lots of games, hot tub and several tv’s for sport events). There is an awesome workout area complete with sauna and steam room. We felt like Royalty staying there. And my husband put the icing on the cake when he hired Colin’s Confections & Catering from Harbor Springs to feed our group of 18. It was an EPIC celebration.

Fun trip
Love this property. Truly miss the backyard fire pit and steps surrounding the hot tub, made for great mingling. Nice to have one down by the water but inconvenient. That’s our only complaint.

FABULOUS PLACE FOR FAMILY VACATION
Our large family of 17 vacationed together in this fabulous house with wonderful amenities. We had an awesome week together. The house offers activities and space for everyone. The basement area was a particular hit with a pool table, many arcade games, shuffleboard, a theater room and fitness center. The back patio was our favorite spot to hang out and enjoy time together. The only drawback was the huge number of stairs down to the lake. We heard that a lift is being installed but would recommend that people are aware of the 100 steps down to the lake. It didn't deter our family from enjoying the beautiful lake! We would highly recommend this house for large family vacations!

Loved the amazing lake home! It is beautiful in every way!
Very well maintained and clean... just a fabulous home. It did surprise us though that one had to walk down about 80 steps to the lake. We highly recommend the home.

Michigan Family Fun
We had a wonderful time with our group of 22. We have family members from 2-76! The hosts, Jill and Jim were outstanding and very responsive. The Mullett Lake House has something to offer for everyone! We would be lucky to vacation here again in the future! This was the perfect spot for our family from Arkansas, Kansas, and North Carolina to gather for the week!

Family Gathering
The property was a wonderful spot for our family of 15 to gather for a week. In spite of bad weather, there were plenty of things to do for all members of our family regardless of age. I would highly recommend the property for large group get togethers.

Family Reunion
This property worked perfectly for our family reunion of 13. We were all adults so having so many bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was a selling point for us. We made great use of the pub/game room area. We ate in for dinner most days. The dinning room table was able to accommodate our large group and the flow of the kitchen as well as how stocked it was with pots/pans/etc. for cooking made making our meals a breeze

Great place so spend your vacation time with your family and friends!
Very nice house with a dream basement! The gym, the 2 spas, the outside jacuzzi makes everyone happy, also its located only 35 minutes from the Highlands Ski Resort.... This is our 3rd time and definitely will come again.

Great for large group
We had a large group come up for a work retreat and everyone loved this place. Great kitchen for cooking and hanging out, large outdoor entertainment areas, basement is fantastic, home technology throughout was first class and everything worked. Would definitely come back again.

Great place!
Fourteen adult family members stayed and what a great time and place! The property manager, Jill, is wonderful! Any questions were answered immediately and she gave us great advice for boating, shopping, and sightseeing. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful family retreat
Great sleeping accommodations for our family of 19. The hosts were very responsive to a couple of small issues that arose during the week. 75 steps down to the lake is a little difficult for older people but the young ones were just fine

Guy’s Winter Weekend
Snowboarding, Ice Fishing and local brewery’s. House was beautiful. Contact person was fast acting and took care of minor issues. Game room and movie theater was awesome!

Awesome property
Beautiful home. Game room, theater, steam showers and hot tub great bonuses. Enough room to have together time, big enough to have some alone time. Close to Mackinaw, Cheboygan and Petoskey for things to do. Hosts very pleasant to work with.

Beautiful Property on the Lake
The home is beautiful and interesting with all the art pieces, games, lake views, theatre room, etc. We enjoyed them all, especially since we had a day of rain during our stay. Still plenty to do with family in the house. The orientation by Jim, the property manager, upon arrival was really helpful and essential as the home is filled with great technology. Jim was also available to assist us one day with the a couple of technology matters we could not quite figure out. The only disappointment was the cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. A house this size may need a longer flip time to ensure professional cleaning is consistently done. Overall, a very nice stay in a beautiful location.

Excellent week
Had a fantastic week at Mullet Lake catching up with friends and family. A week of unbelievable weather made for days filled with boating and swimming. Facilitate were top notch except for limited space to dock our personal boat. Would certainly consider a return trip in the future

Beautiful property !!!
Fabulous house. Jill, the manager and her husband Jim were excellent to work with. House has so much to offer. Our kids 8 and 2 - 11 year olds especially loved the game room and theater room. Very spacious ! The only 2 drawbacks for us was the long and somewhat steep stairs to the water and the distance to the nearest town with grocery store, which was about 20 minutes. Otherwise the house was fabulous.

Wonderful family vacation
Great property for a family vacation. The pictures are a great representation of the property. Younger adults stayed in the carriage house and older adults stayed in the main house with older teens in the bunk room. Every night revolved around the bar/ game room. Shuffleboard and pinball games were a huge hit. Beautiful lake view. You will definitely get your excercise on the steep steps to the lake. Hard to find the driveway during the day and very difficult at night. We had a wonderful week

Family reunion
the perfect place for our 8 siblings and spouses from 6 states to meet and play. Something for everyone, barely had to leave but if you want it’s about an hour from multiple interesting sites in all directions. It would be difficult to top this place. The managers were very attentive, I wish we could come back every year but it took me 3 years to get everyone together this time! You won’t regret renting.

Great Weekend
This property was a perfect location for our group of 16. The new shoreline renovation was a great way to enjoy the water, and the home's many amenities did not disappoint. I would say the pictures do not do not give the property its full appreciation, this location is better than advertised. Property managers are good communicators and very helpful. Hope to be back again!

The place was Amazing ,carriage house was cozy and relaxing.
Overall we loved it. A couple of the beds in the main house were not comfortable ,the mattress' need replacement. There was mildew noted in the jets in the tub and shower in the Dublin room..We would love to revisit in the upcoming summer,doesn't look like many dates available, if there's a cancelation we would definitely consider renting that week.Please let us know if any dates become available, Thank you for a memorable Thanksgiving holiday

Fantastic choice!
Our family truly enjoyed our 5 night stay. 13 senior adults with room to roam and enough technology and amenities to keep everyone happy. The unexpected 75+ steps to the lake should have a railing installed on both sides for increased safety. Sincere thanks to Jill and Jim for being attentive and available when we had questions or concerns. Same time next year ?!?!

Great Home
Great home for family vacation! The property manager was wonderful and very responsive to a couple of minor issues that came up due to a power outage from a storm. The only suggestion for Improvement would be to add more outdoor seating for large gatherings.

Mullet Lake House & Carriage House
We had a great time! Plenty of space, plenty of bedrooms, and each with its own bathroom worked out so well for us. Everyone enjoyed the game rooms, the theater room was a huge hit, the workout room and saunas were used often, and the hot tub was loved! Overall it was a wonderful experience for all of us!

College reunion retreat
We just returned from our weekend spent experiencing a great time reuniting with some college friends and their wives. Having not seen each other over 20 years this was an amazing house for us to experience our reunion. There was plenty of opportunities to spread out and have separate conversations while enjoying the entire atmosphere the house has to offer. The bedroom arrangements could not have been any better allowing everyone to have privacy in their own personal space. Prior to our departure early this morning it was the groups intention to book the house for another gathering next year. The house property manager Jill was very pleasant to work with.

This house is amazing and the amenities were over the top! We had so much fun and the game room, pub, hot tub, work out room and theater room provided days of family fun and great memories. Grand house on Mullet lake
We were very happy with the house. Had everything we needed including plenty of paper towel, toilet paper and laundry soap. Kids loved the steam showers and movie theater. We were disappointed that the lake was down so many steps and far away. We could not use the dock for boat we rented as there were no bumpers and tie up thing. All in all we had a great week and wish we could do it every year.

A 6 star House
If there were 6 stars, I would give the house a 6. Our family of children and grandchildren totals 36. We go on a family vacation every year, anywhere from coast to coast and border to border. Not everyone can make it each year, but we usually have 20-30 that end up going. We usually rent a large house with 8-10 bedrooms. We have stayed in numerous houses, and this one is right at the top of the list of everyones favorite. My only complaint would be that the house is rather high up from the lake (about 90 stair steps). For the kids, no problem. For us older folks, a little exercise. You will not be disappointed with this house.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Location
We had a small reunion here and were thrilled with how well the house turned out. The pictures simply don't do it justice. Everyone had a (very) comfortable room of their own, with plenty of space to either congregate or find some solitude. The woodwork throughout the house is stunning. The basement is a highlight, with some great classic and modern games to keep everyone entertained, and having a movie theater at your fingertips just keeps getting better. The sauna and steam room were big hits all weekend. Catching a sunset over the lake while enjoying the hot tub was a real treat. The hosts were spectacular: attentive to anything we needed, making sure we understood every cool feature of the house, and provided some excellent pizza recommendations. We can't wait to come back next year!
