Great location. Horrible directions. I’d look at other options first.
In town for the big ten tourney. About 10-15 minute walk to Gainbridge and the unit is in a great location for food and drink. The place is clean and served the purpose. Shower heads leaking/spraying out of the shower. The WiFi network wasn’t available and after all these little problems adding up, we said screw it and didn’t reach out for help. The check in process is detailed with pictures and directions and it’s still terrible. When you call for help, you talk to a call center and not someone that knows to how truly help. It truly ruined the first day because of how dumb the issues were with parking, elevator to the room numbered #105 but its on the 2nd floor. The check in steps were over the top as I presume the owner knows what a crap process it is. Just give them directions to the street entrance and not your current process.I wouldn’t recommend staying here just based on the first 90 minutes of trying to check in and the lack of good customer service. I believe the unit is a new option so maybe the proprietor is new to leasing, but I hope they figure it out. But no, we wouldn’t stay here again just based on the service.
