Great stay

I just checked out after a quiet 5 day solo retreat. The pool heater wasn’t working the first day but they took care of it immediately and gave me a fair discount for my trouble. They were immediately responsive to all text messages. The neighbors were quiet. The neighborhood felt very safe. I’d love to return with my kids next time. The home is set up perfectly for my family…. But mama needed some quiet time for this trip. And it was perfect. Thank you!

Very Nice Place

Hi, We had a very nice stay at the Indio Palms Oasis House. The house was very clean, check in pretty easy, cute backyard and the Hot tub was very nice to use after long days at Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. Overall, a very Pleasant stay. A Helpful suggestion: Provide coffee and or filters and provide a better mattress for the second bedroom. In think it's fine if you have small children but the bed felt hard for adults and I think the pillow top kept moving. Thank you!!!

Large and Relaxing

Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, spices, etc). Plenty of blankets and pillows. Refreshing and peaceful backyard patio and pool. Excellent property all around.

Great for activities at polo fields

We had two adults and two 18 year olds staying at the house. Super clean with nice linens. Having stayed at many short term rentals, was especially pleased with kitchen amenities-p - for example, a Keurig and a regular coffee maker with coffee provided! One thing to keep in mind is that there is only one pedestrian entrance and one entrance for guests. It can get backed up, so plan accordingly. Security guards were very accommodating and allowed me to park my car near exit so we only had to walk to gate and not all the way to house. Would totally stay there again!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

The house was more than what we were expecting. Spacious, clean and comfortable. We were lucky to be there when it was probably the last hottest weekend before the coolness of fall, perfect pool weather. The host was super helpful and was quick to respond when we had some questions. She was wonderful and friendly! We will definitely stay here again.

Indio- Power Trip Festival

Great walkable location to the Empire Polo Club with some great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. House was clean and neighborhood is quiet. Would Definitely stay here again.

Relaxing and quiet home with privacy. Great Experience.

We had an amazing experience with our family in this gated community. The home is wonderful and has a small-medium sized pool with an awesome jacuzzi. House is clean and presentable upon our arrival and checking in was a breeze. Cons and some things the home owners could work on that hurt our experience a bit (I was close to giving a 4 star review because of these reasons): -Propane tank ran out early and we were left with extra food that we planned to grill, but couldn’t, ultimately tossing and wasting a lot of food. -All the batteries in the controls were dead. -The ice machine on the fridge stopped making ice on the first day and the water is unfiltered and tastes horrible. -There weren’t extra towels which means you need to do laundry everyday.

Desert Get Away

Great location and private backyard with pool was wonderful. We opted to have the pool heated and liked the app when working the hot tub. Liked the sliders going outside from the bedroom and living room. Heads up, wear mosquito repellent. For some reason I kept getting bit but spouse did not. Liked the quiet neighborhood atmosphere.

Great House, Great Pool!

We stayed here for Stagecoach and it was awesome. The house is beautiful and everything worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great and had everything. The backyard was awesome. The pool was so nice to relax in and the outdoor patio furniture and covered patio was epic. I would 100% recommend this place!

Great time.. small suggestion

Overall great house beautiful, contact was lovely .. roomy and cool.. But if a customer is gonna pay heating fees .. they should have access to jacuzzi jets at their fingertips .. not done thru an App.. if the internet was down I’m crap Out of luck … I’d love to come back there again But the change of on property controls is a must As I needed to contact .. for the jets to be on.. total inconvenience for the price … but don’t hesitate to stay there .. you’ll love the place..

Beautiful property, better than expected.

Unexpected happiness with lemon tree in yard and comfort of pool with small children. And dove nestled in tree outside kitchen window!!! Clearer check in directions getting into gated community and how to acquire gate pass. Thank you for a lovely experience!!!

Best Place Ever

OMG! Can't say enough about this home. Amazingly well stocked with kitchen items. Backyard is fully 100% private with great flexible sitting areas. Pool is perfect. Watching the multiple hummingbirds eat from the trumpeter vines is so relaxing. Exceptionally clean. Showers are hot and great water pressure. Beds are comfortable. Furniture is plush with great interior design. Landscaping is so well cared for - even has its own lemon tree! Literally the prettiest lot in the development with mature palm trees. Management company extremely responsive - needed help to turn back on the pool circulator that created relaxing background noise. Neighborhood packed with homes but quiet. Neighbors very respectful. We've stayed at many properties and this one really IMPRESSED us. You will love it too. Strawberries at Madison St Produce are probs sweetest in the world. Daytrip to cute Idylwild is only 1.2hr drive up the mountain - "Ice Cream & Jerky" is awesome homemade. Also check out "Woolies", "Speakeasy Books" and "Sunflower Bakery & Cafe". Indian Canyon on weekends is great hiking along mountain streams. Good Korean beef tacos at Cantina in Polo grounds nearby. Turo car rental is a great, cheaper option.
