As you say we are located just two miles out of the city centre, there are always buses available during the day to take you to the city centre or the staff will always be able to book a taxi for you. I do apologise that we do not currently have any Spanish speakers currently employed at the desk. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your time in Scotland and that you will visit again soon. Dear Jaime, Thank you for your review. I am disappointed that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our Express Start breakfast is always included in the price but your feedback on this will be shared with kitchen staff. For maximum comfort we recommend booking interconnecting two rooms when you have a family, and this is something that may be worth considering. Prices can be very high in Inverness during summer, and we remain competitive with similar hotels n the area. We hope you will consider a return to our hotel next time you are in the area.
