Night clerk had a dirty and stained shirt. First impressions, we very nearly did not check in. However the room was clean. The folowing morning the day clerk was,argumentative and refused to accept what I was trying to say.. the hotel was chosen because it had a pool which turned out to be under repair and closed. The website still advertises this feature as being available. Very dissatisfied with this experience.

This information will be forwarded to proper management regarding night clerk.. Day clerk was stating facts that online companies (as you booked with, Expedia) already have notices out there with specific days the pool has been shut down for and when it will re-open from minor maintenance repairs.... We were swarmed by bedbugs our second night and had to pack up and leave, canceling our remaining plans. We drove home and have been two days laundering our stuff and applying sprays to the suitcases and car, and calomel to my bites.

It was noisy being close to the highway. When someone above us took a shower, it was loud in our room. The vanuty faucet was hard to pull on. Blankets on bed were too thin. Bathroom got too warm.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again, but the beds need to be upgraded, I like a firm bed, but dang, the king bed we had was not much softer than the floor, had a hard time sleeping on it. Other than that, nice place to stay.

Beds are hard and uncomfortable. The room seemed clean but the whole place has a musty smell! For the beds alone probably wouldn’t stay again!

This is obviously an older hotel but it was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly
