Hotel Calidad Precio excelente
Ha sido una experiencia bastante agradable con este lugar, nos trataron fantástico y las habitaciones bastante cómodas. En general todo fue genial, en alguna de las habitaciones hubo bastante ruido en la noche y quizá no es muy recomendable para personas con problemas de movilidad ya que el acceso a pie al hotel es algo complicado, de nuevo estoy muy contento con haberme hospedado en este hotel.

Incredible !
Es un lugar muy comodo y bonito, el edificio tiene su historia. Los Hosstes nosnayudarok muchisimo , es totalmente recomendable !!

No le gustó: Servicio y personal
Había reservado la habitación Delux que según anunciado incluía la bañera en el baño, razón por la que reservé este tipo de habitación. No obstante, me dieron una habitación sin bañera. Intenté reclamarlo inmediatamente y durante dos días hablé con todo el personal de la recepción que intentaban convencerme que no todas las habitaciones Deluc tienen bañera o me aseguraban que lo intentarían resolver el día siguiente. También , me he quejado a Expedía que traslado mi queja a los gestores de hotel que tampoco resolvieron nada. Al final ignoraron por completo mi petición. Ni siquiera ofrecieron alguna compensación. Fue muy decepcionante. Un hotel de cuatro estrellas que ignora a sus clientes por completo. Otro inconveniente fue el hecho que las tarjetas y la cerradura electrónica no funcionaron en varias ocasiones pues teníamos que gestionarlo en la recepción bajando y subiendo con el ascensor varias veces. Las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas. Lástima que la gestión y el trato de los clientes por parte de la personal no está en la misma altura.

Hotel centrico y elegante
Buen hotel, con habitaciones amplias y bien situado en pleno centro de Estambul. Como cosas negativas, podriamos decir que esta cerca de una zona de fiesta nocturna, con lo que por las noches se escucha algo de jaleo. En general, muy recomendable. Os recomiendo realizar algun desayuno en el hotel, ya que las vistas del restaurante son impresionantes.

Después de estar en muchos hoteles en la zona me he elegido este por su ubicación está céntrico y a la vez no hay ruidos es un hotel bastante bien ubicado y está muy bien

Don't go
I felt ripped off. When we arrived we were announced that air conditioning was not working and we were offered a fan. After we got the room, that it was deluxe with balcony has no balcony. So I complained and I got a room with balcony but was being renovated, no tv, you could see the wires and facing a patio. I was patient. The following day no English breakfast as it was included in the offer. I asked for money back and they said it was not refundable.

Hotel agradable en Estambul
Hotel súper cómodo, el personal es muy amable y servicial. Ambiente tranquilo, las habitaciones y el hotel muy limpios, cuenta con una galería de arte y esta cerca de una zona de cafés muy padre.

excelente ubicación e inmejorable atención
Después de un crucero Roma Estambul decidimos permanecer otros dos días adicionales allí. La elección de este hotel fue muy acertada, su ubicación , la comodidad de sus instalaciones renovadas a nuevo y la atención de su personal hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera perfecta. Sin duda recomendaría por su relación calidad precio este simpático hotel.

Bedste lokation i taksim
Vi havde et meget komfortabel ophold på hotellet. Morgenmad var fin og servicen var helt i top. Burhan receptionen var mega sød han stod altid til rådighed til at guide os samt at han selv har været kok så han kunne anbefale os diverse restauranter. Hvis i ikke kan beslutte jer skal i spørge Burhan :). Meget central lokation
