Hotel muy bien situado junto a lo principal
El hotel está muy bien situado para ir a pie a las Mezquitas de Hagia Sofia y la Azul y para ir también andando al Gran Bazar y al Puerto. Cerca hay restaurantes buenos y económicos y la comida del hotel es buena. Lo único que yo cambiaria para darle una puntuación excelente son las camas ya que te hundes en ellas y solo conciliábamos el sueño gracias a que veníamos agotados de tanto caminar para ver todo. Una cosa que también me desagradó es que te cobren un extra por servirte un zumo recién exprimido o un café especial creo que queda muy feo el detalle. Creo que con subir un par de euros la habitación lo podrían poner en el desayuno sin coste.Los trabajadores son muy amables y eficientes. Y en general me gustó el hotel. Resumiendo con unas camas con muelles y sin extras en desayuno le habría dado un 10.

Hotel fantástico!! Habitaciones no muy grandes, bien equipadas, con cama confortable y limpias. Muy bien situado. El restaurante muy bueno, con platos de cocina turca e internacional. El personal muy atento y servicial.

Excelente ubicación y servicio
el hotel está ubicado a pocos pasos de la estación Gulhane de tranvía T1 que te lleva fácilmente a ver plaza Taksim y torre de galata; puedes ir caminando a la mézquita azul, santa sofía y el gran bazar sin ningún problema y a muy corta distancia. Dentro del hotel el personal es muy amable y servicial, el desayuno es excelente y variado. El restaurante del último piso es maravilloso para cenar tranquilo con linda vista a estambul nocturno. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas

Lo mejor la ubicación, a un paso de todo? Y los desayunos con tortillas,zumos naturales y wraffles al momento. La habitación está bien pero un poco pequeña, casi no se podía abrir la puerta del armario.

Hotel céntrico, bonito.
El hotel esta muy céntrico, es muy bonito, la piscina esta súper bien, el desayuno muy variado, el personal muy amable, y todo muy limpio. El único inconveniente fue que la habitación era la mas pequeña de todo el hotel y el baño era minúsculo e incomodo.

Excelente hotel, buena ubicación y precio acorde
Con agradable decoración otomana, tamaño medio y ambiente tranquilo, aún con buena ocupación. Cercano a los principales sitios de interés de la antigua Estambul (Palacio Topkapi, Santa Sofía, Mezquita Azul, plaza Sultanhamet, Hipódromo, Cisterna Basílica, Gran Bazaar, Mercado de Especias y puerto de Eminönü al lado del puente Gálata), tiene a 100m conexión con todo el transporte público en la parada Gülhane del T1. La habitación de lujo con cama Queen del piso 4 es amplia y silenciosa (wifi gratis, señal baja). Baño grande y bien equipado (ventana al exterior, inodoro y bidet integrados). Impecable servicio del valet a cargo de la habitación. Frigobar (de bajo rendimiento y sin cubeteras, pero trajeron hielo cuando lo pedimos). Servicio completo para té y café (sin mesita y un par de sillas, pero trajeron un silloncito). Al comenzar el día desayunábamos en un salón y terraza con vistas hermosas (muy buen buffet diverso y de calidad). Al regresar de las andanzas turísticas, nos relajábamos y descansábamos en el jacuzzi, en la piscina o en las reposeras, degustando frutas frescas o secas y bebidas frías. (en el subsuelo hay un spa completo, muy bien atendido). Personal del hotel amable y servicial. El de recepción hablaba inglés y algo de español. Nos prestaron una Istambulcard y nos consiguieron el transfer al aeropuerto a 6€ c/u.

Muy a gusto en todo. El único problema es que las habitaciones resultan pequeñas. Tienen un salón para desayunar con una muy buena vista y un servicio de desayuno excelente Lo negativo: el servicio de transfer que se puede contratar en el hotel tiene un valor que supera al doble al que cobran las agencias de turismo que se encuentran a 20 metros del hotel.

Hotel muy agradable y céntrico.
Muy buena relación calidad/precio. A escasos metros de la parada Gülhane del tranvía T1, principal vía de comunicación. Buen desayuno buffet, muy buena cocina restaurante. Buena señal wifi gratis en todo el hotel. Sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personal del hotel. Buen servicio transfer al aeropuerto. Muy cerca de los principales monumentos importantes de la ciudad como palacio Topkapi, Santa Sofía, Mezquita Azul, plaza del hipódromo o Cisterna Basílica..

La ubicacion esta fenomenal, esta cerca del Palacio Pitti, Santa Sofia, Yerebatan, etc, pasan cerca un monton de autobuses, el unico impedimento del hotel es que las habitaciones son mas bien pequeñitas, y deberian cuidar un poco mas la limpieza, no obstante yo lo recomiendo

We had a great time at Yasmak Sultan hotel , the staff is absolutely amazing and they are extremely helpful . One of our friends lost their phone and the manager and his team helped us find the location where the phone was lost and helped us communicate and talk to someone who brought it back to us ! We had 4 rooms at the hotel and every one of our requests were accommodated . They arranged tours for us and all our dietary needs were met . I recommend them highly and will stay again . Location is extremely central right beside a tram station

Hôtel bien situé pour visite à pieds. Accueil moyen. Piscine fermée pour réparation durant trois jours. Petit déjeuner correct avec une belle vue. Entretien de la chambre moyen ( pas de remplacement des bouteilles d’eau durant deux jours)

The breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant was great. Must was within walking distance. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Great location, with some issues
The hotel is in a great location on a relatively quiet street close to the major sites. Two issues to flag : 1-wifi in the room was pretty bad; 2- on at least three of the five nights I stayed there, I woke in the middle of the night to a very strong cigarette smell filling the room.

I liked the location and breakfast buffet. We booked the family room - bathroom in 1 bedroom was like an airplane toilet or worse. The room and bathroom were tired. Doors did not close. Also room is quite tight compared to EU standards.

The room is too small and hard t move around. Not the cleanest bathroom. I contacted the reception 4 times to fix the AC and or move me to a different room but they did react . I would not stay again here and if you do not care about sleeping in warm rooms or reception who won't react to your complaints then this is the place for you

Due to the unpleasant experience that you had with AC, we had deeply appologized and we have fixed AC by our technican immidiatly after you have informed about it.Probably it wasn't enough cold for you due to the warm temretature outside here in Turkey. Unfortanetly, you gave us very low 1 point on Expedia.com which will affect our general rate get down and looks unfair to other staff of the Hotel who worked so hard to give high service to our guests.
