Muy buen hotel, maravillosa atención
El hotel tiene la mejor ubicación posible para disfrutar de la vibrante zona de Taksim. La comida del restaurante es muy buena y la vista desde las habitaciones, ya sea a la ciudad o al Bósforo es hermosa. Lo mejor, el personal. Ahmet de Concierge fue maravilloso, nos ayudó con nuestro PCR para Jordania y todo lo que necesitamos en Estambul. Estuve de cumpleaños uno de los días que estuve y se portaron increíble, me dejaron flores, frutas y un hermoso postre en la habitación. Recomiendo el hotel 100%

The hotel was in a great location to explore. However we booked the hotel predominately because it had an outdoor pool. We were very disappointed to learn it was only open in warmer temperatures. Even though it was over 20c. We spoke to the deputy manager who pointed out that was the case. We could not find any warning of this on the hotel or expedia website. Very disappointing.

Staff were wonderful. Very helpful. Bad smell of drains in the room though. Even though the room was very clean. I feel that the club lounge facility was not as nice as when I stayed 15 years ago. The environment was much smaller and looked dated. The Okra restaurant was amazing. Food and service top notch.

Actually my staying was the worst, i had a room that smiled like smoking and they changed me to another room and the other room had the lights working all time because the light switch was broken. Honestly not the greatest stay unfortunately i paid $200 cad per night for something not worth it

We stayed in the 10 th floor , corner city views In the first week of May 2024. Everything was great in this hotel : the location, staff and cleanliness. However , it was noisy due to a ceiling fan that didn't stop throughout our stay. Also the sound and wind proof of the windows is not good as we heard a lot of outside noise and had to close the thick curtains to stay warm and prevent the subtle wind draft from cooling the room . All over , my husband and I liked the hotel .
