Hotel muy cerca del centro antiguo
El hotel es pequeño, habitación muy limpia y baño amplio, personal muy atento y escaso ruido para una ciudad bulliciosa como es Estambul, su ubicación no es de las que llaman la atención pero a mi parecer es coqueto y su situación te permite estar en zona turística en 5 minutos a pie.

Bueno,el hotel está alejado aunque en la zona de sSultanhamed ,esta en una cuesta impresionante,que te hace llegar al circuito de las mezquitas con la lengua fuera.- El hotel está dividido en dos, uno es el Garden House y separado por unas escaleras en un pseudo jardín donde se encuentra también el restaurante/bufet desayuno esta el Rose Garden que fue donde nos alojaron , en fin tres tramos de escaleras hasta llegar a nuestra habitación buhardilla del tercer piso sin ascensor ,y digo buhardilla porque aunque siendo cómoda la habitación con un baño grande ,resultaba muy incomodo el levantarte y golpearte la cabeza continuamente ya que al ser buhardilla los techos estaban desnivelados ,a eso se añaden tres pisos cargados ,en fin por estos motivos es obvio que no volveré,además nos quisieron cobrar la habitación que y habíamos pagado a expedia .-

Muy buen servicio pero pieza un poco chica
Estuvo muy bien para el precio pagado. Bien ubicado aunque para salir caminando hay que caminar una larga cuesta en subida. La pieza un poco chica, pero pague la más barata por un muy buen precio. Siempre hay agua y frutas o queques para sacar a cualquier hora gratis. El desayuno muy abundante y bueno

hotel garden house en estambul. A 5 minutos del centro pero sin agovios de gentio.
Hotel pequeño muy bien situado en la zona antigua de estambul, con muy buenas conexiones para descubrir todos los puntos de la ciudad

Garden House Hotel: no es igual que en las fotos.
El Garden House Hotel no es un hotel de 4 estrellas puesto que ni el tamaño de las habitaciones ni la equipación de éstas se corresponden con esta categoría, lo único que si concuerda con un hotel de 4 estrellas es el precio. Las habitaciones de la planta baja están literalmente pegadas a la recepción del hotel con lo que desde el cuarto puedes escuchar todo lo que se dice, si entran o salen, y esto no te permite descansar tranquilo. Otro punto importante es el desayuno, muy poca variedad y tampoco demasiada calidad. Nos llevamos una pequeña desilusión porque en las fotos de la página se veía un hotel totalmente distinto.

Unterkunft in der Nähe der bekannten Moscheen Istanbuls fernab vom Trubel. Leider ließ sich die Klimaanlage unseres Zimmers nicht runterregulieren, sodass es nachts (selbst im Winter) viel zu warm war.

Highly recommended
Excellent characterful hotel- built around a garden courtyard in which you can find the restaurant which is most excellent! Possibly the best in the area, good food supported by very attentive and pleasant staff. Speaking of which the staff were all absolutely wonderful special shout outs to Mrs Merve who sorted the transfer from airport and Mr Elvin who sorted out local events. Special thanks also to the hotel cat for providing cat related home comforts. Situated 5 minutes from the hippodrome and blue Mosque, say 10 mins from Hagia Sophia and 15 from Topkapi. 15 minutes the other way to the Grand Bazaar . I can whole heartedly recommend !

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man kann die Altstadt und diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen unserer Zimmer war sehr klein, im Bad könnte man kaum die Sachen hinstellen und der Wandschrank war auch Mini obwohl wir nur wenig Kleidung für 4 Tage dabei hatten. Das Bad roch muffig und hatte einige Schimmelecken und von der Decke blätterte die Farbe ab. Wirklich blöd war, das wir so gut wie keine Tageslicht im Zimmer hatten, da die Fenster sehr klein waren, und auch nicht in der Mitte sondern in Fußbodenhöhe, so kam so gut wie kein Licht rein.Das Frühstück war ausreichend und konnte zwischen 8-9.30 eingenommen werden. Zusammengefasst wenn man wenig Anspruch hat kann man es ein paar Tage hier aushalten aber wir würden es nicht nochmal buchen obwohl die Lage wirklich super war.

Very poor AC, No Parking and broken Jacuzzi
All I am going to say is that the hotel is advertised incorrectly. There is no parking option. Paid street parking os the only option and that cost $20 per night - The hotel management absolutely did not care. The AC broke in our room that was at the top of the building, and the noise and temperature was unbearable - eventually we were moved to a different room. In both rooms the advertised Jacuzzi bath was not working properly. For €155 per night this was a disgrace. If you threw a stone in any direction you would hit 10 other hotel options that I would try before going back again.

Finalmente un po' di relax ad Istanbul
Abbiamo passato 5 giorni ad Istanbul in due diversi hotel. Il Garden House è stato l'unico posto in cui ci siamo riusciti a rilassare veramente. Per non parlare del buffet a colazione: squisito!

We are so pleased that we chose to stay at the Garden House Hotel. Our room was excellent. The air conditioning and internet worked brilliantly. The breakfast set us up for the day, meaning we only needed a snack for lunch before an evening meal. The staff were friendly and super efficient. It is in a brilliant area with the main sights within a walking distance. The only reservation that I would stress is that there isn’t a lift. Also it is at the bottom of a very steep hill. However, Istanbul is based on hills, so not a great place for people with mobility issues. Within walking distance there are lots of great restaurants. The hotel restaurant is extra special and we had our most memorable meal of the holiday. We were so pleased with the hotel, if we ever go back to Istanbul, we’d definitely look to stay here again!

Highly recommend!
My friend and I stayed here for our first visit in Istanbul. We loved everything about the hotel. It is walking distance to all the big attractions. The service is above and beyond. It is very cute. And the food in the restaurant is good. Would definitely stay again.

Tavsiye etmiyorum.
Oda çok soğukdu Petekleri veya klimayı açması için resepsiyonu aradım.yetkili biri geldi açtığını dile getirdi. 1 saat sonra farkettim çalışmıyor.tekrar ardim geldi yine açtığını söyledi yine çalışmıyordu.Ve hotels.com üzerinden gelenlere mi özel yoksa başka bir şey mi bilmiyorum ama balkonsuz giriş odayı bana verdiler.çıkış yaptığım zaman irtibat numarası aldılar yetkili biri tarafından size dönüş yapılacaktır diye 3 gün oldu dönüş de sağlanmadi.

Excellent location in Sultanahmet district. Excellent service, the staff is very nice and efficient. And the restaurant is on the top 10 best places to eat in the district. The food was indeed delicious! The exterior terrace is a little piece of heaven from the noisy streets. I would stay there again!

Wir waren für 5 Tage in diesem schönen Hotel untergebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und nett eingerichtet. Der Service war einzigartig vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Die Lage ist perfekt,da alles Fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Wir können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Brilliant
Excellent hotel. Maybe the best Istanbul has to offer. I really enjoyed my stay. This isn’t a corporate hotel so if you’re looking for that kind of experience, maybe try somewhere else but expect to pay ten times the price. But if you’re looking for a home from home with friendly staff and a lovely courtyard and nice food, this is Istanbul’s best kept secret. They even have a beautiful cat.
