En general estuvo muy regular mi estancia.
Parece un hotel viejo, no ofrece lo suficiente para ser Holiday inn. La ubicación no es la mejor porque los atractivos turísticos están muy lejos. A mí me quisieron cobrar una cerveza del minibar a pesar de que no consumí nada, ellos deberían especificar qué y cuántas cosas hay en el minibar.

decepción y frustración De 5 estrellas nada ni se acerca , máximo le pondría 3 estrellas . El único idioma extranjero que hablan es el inglés . Las sábanas no se cambian . Lo único bueno es la ubicación por su cercanía a la tranvía . Vamos no volvería si busco un 5 estrellas .

I stayed in this hotel many times, everytime i come to istanbul i stay here but this time was terrible. They kept charging us for stuff we never used. They threatened my guest with calling the police. They locked my key card so i cannot access my room which had all my clothes, money and passport. They repeatedly would send someone to our room to bother us. The staff is disgustinly rude and has terrible service. I will never be sgaying here again and i will recommend everyone i know ñ not to stay here.

Rude and bad father attitude
It was worse experience ever. They had very bad attitude the lady in the breakfast restaurant so rude. The reception guys don’t want to listen and discuss anything. All over it was bad experience . I choose the hotel, because part off IHG group but looks like owned by reception employees.
