Hermoso hotel con vista al Bósforo. La decoración del cuarto y del hotel muy agradable. El personal muy atento. Incluye netflix en la habitación lo que es excelente. Muy recomendable, regresaría.

This proerty was a lovely boutique hotel. It was beautifully decorated, and a very clean hotel. Location was perfect to experience both old and new Istanbul. The view of the Bosphorous was stunning!

This is a very good hotel in Istanbul. I would stay there again, or recommend it to any friends. The room was very comfortable and modern, and the windows were double glass so it was very quiet. The staff was always super friendly and super efficient. The man at breakfast did a very nice job serving the breakfast room. Highly recommend this hotel!

Really enjoyed staying at The Wings Hotel. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was really good and the view from the restaurant was so nice. Staff was very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here next time when visiting in Istanbul.

The staff is very nice and accommodating, but there were several issues. There is a noisy demolition site immediately across from the hotel, banging and shaking all day long. The staff claimed that coffee is free, but ended up charging us every time we had coffee. They also refused to help us modify the booking, which ended up costing us an extra $500.

This was probably one of the worst hotel stays. I usually don’t review hotels and will give the benefit of the doubt especially during tough conditions. But the hotel had us in a room that was 10 meters away from a very active and extremely noisy demolition site. The noise and hazard was really horrible. The hotel managers made this worse by promising a room relocation but reneging on the offer subsequently. The hotel was also under-equipped and under staffed, with room service not being able to even adequately replace towels or take out the trash. Extremely disappointing and would not stay again.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich hübsch aber leider dreckig. Aber darauf komme ich noch. Erstmal möchte ich sagen ich habe nicht das Zimmer bekommen was ich tatsächlich gebucht habe. Gebucht habe ich Penthouse Suit Room with Sea View und bekommen habe ich Executive Suite Meerblick. Habe mich beschwert und darauf bestanden aber vergebens, mit Expedia habe ich auch aus der Türkei aus telefoniert aber nicht mal die haben geholfen. Das Zimmer was ich gebucht habe ist teurer gewesen was bekommen habe aber die waren der Meinung das, dass Zimmer viel besser sei aber war leider nicht. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit. Ich bin auch über Expedia enttäuscht und werde nie wieder über Expedia buchen. Diese Reise war das letzte mal. So nun zu der Sauberkeit; wir haben erstmal einen Kaffe bekommen weil unser Zimmer noch nicht fertig war und das obwohl wir viel später als unser einchecken da waren. Da habe ich schon gemerkt das Hotel ist dreckig, weil unser Kaffeelöffel so verdreckt war das wir alles liegengelasssn haben. Im Zimmer war das Bett sehr sehr staubig und einzelne Haare. Im Badezimmer lagen Haare und in der Toilette war noch vom Vorgänger was 😟. Wir haben ihne frühstück gebucht deshalb weis ich nicht wie das Frühstück ist oder war. Die Umgebung totaler Chaos überall Baustelle gegenüber eine Garage auf 5-6 Etagen aber die sah aus als ob ein Erdbeben da war. Naja mehr möchte nicht schreiben aber ich bin sehr enttäuscht und sauer😡

Otel genel olarak temizdi. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Konumu mükemmel. Otel konusunda bizi çok rahatsız eden şey lobiden itibaren otel ve odalarda kullanılan renklerde ve malzemelerde çok aşırıya kaçılmış olması. Girdiğimiz andan itibaren oteli sorgulamamıza neden oldu.

It is a boutique hotel. The hotel is so elegant, cozy and all you need is there. Since its a boutique hotel, the rooms are a bit smaller than regular hotels. The staff arevery nice, friendly and very helpful. The terrace over looking the sea was amazing. The smell of the hotel is very nice. Diffusers every where even in the elevator. If you plan ro walk around, this is a very nice location between The Misir bazaar, Topkapi, Aya Sophia and Galata port, Karakoy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great Galata location, friendly and responsive staff, the Air Conditioning was not working properly and the next day they moved us to a bigger suite with great A/C; breakfast was on the rooftop with a beautiful view but hardly any shade in the morning, actual breakfast was unremarkable.

I don’t understand why anyone would give a terrible review. The staff is amazing and more than accommodating. Someone is ready to assist and any given moment. It’s well maintained and the rooms are large and spacious. Would highly recommend getting a window view of the waterfront too! Pay the extra for it and be sure to dine on their rooftop.

We booked the corner suite, room is spacious and with a great view. We were a bit bummed that there was some construction on the building in front of the hotel, so the view can be even better. Staff is very helpful and friendly as well.

Excellent location, walkable to many sites and close to tram, spacious room/ bathroom, quiet and comfortable bed. Nice amenities. View at the roof top for breakfast was incredible!! Make sure you book the room with breakfast included. Turkish breakfast is the best!! All staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. I give five stars for the kindness of all staff!! There was one girl at the reception who helped me with airport transfer. She was so nice that I would have mentioned her name but then she really pushed me to write good review for her and even texted me the day after I check out that she needed a review and mention her name too. I thought it was over the top. I understand all hotels need good reviews and really the Wings deserves excellent review. By this lady pushing it so hard, it left me with a bad taste in the end. I still recommend it though.

Unforgettable wonderful experience
This place was perfect from every single aspect. The location is perfect, directly inform of the sea, many many restaurants around. Galata, aminono bridge, bazaars just walking distance. Not to forget that the metro station, taxi office, the sea ferry port are all around which will make any transportation so easy. The stuff is so friendly and helpful to the maximum. Offering help without requesting and tourists trips and advices. The rooms are big, as well as the bathrooms, modern and well decorated. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The bed size is so convenient in the double room while the king size bed is so huge in the single bed room. For sure I’m returning back to this place so soon.

The hotel has an excellent location, a minute away from the Bosphorus and two steps from the bridge leading to the Spice Market, Grand Bazaar, AyaSofyia etc. But what made our experience truly amazing was the helpful and friendly staff, especially Ebru - the client relations manager. She contacted us prior to our arrival, organised airport transfers, greeted us at the hotel, booked a boat cruise and an evening show and was always there to help. We felt like we were visiting an old friend and will look forward to coming back.

Awesome hotel and staff
The wings hotel was absolutely brilliant! My boyfriend and I were in Istanbul for a couple of days before we wanted to change location closer to the historic center of the city. We decided on the Wings Hotel as the location is absolutely unmatched right at the harbour by the Galata Bridge. You can reach any must see item by walking or public transport which is super handy. The customer service was especially good, with Mrs Ebru the guest relation representative being in close contact with us about transport or specific wishes. All staff was super friendly and helpful, always giving honest and great advice. Also the rooms are super spacious and modern, clean and beautifully decorated and the hotel has a nice terrace upstairs from where you have a beautiful view over the harbour. Absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re unsure about where to stay, we struggled finding a nice hotel in that location but this one hits all the spots on a very reasonable price range.
