Es war alles gut, das Zimmer war sauber. Die Hotelbetreiber waren sehr nett und bemüht. Für eine Städtereise war die Unterkunft vollkommen gut.

The hotel staff were fantastic. The room was very modern and clean. The reception helped us arrange anything we needed, including transport to the airport. Would stay again.

Prima volta ad Istanbul è stata una bellissima esperienza e sicuramente ha aiutato molto questa struttura, Ali e Ahmet e la donna delle pulizie super disponibili, cordiali , gentili, mi hanno dato tanti consigli è indicato molti posti da visitare . La sera appena rientravamo in hotel erano sempre pronti ad accoglierci come degli amici offrendoci del the o delle bevande e siamo stati anche a chiacchierare del più e del meno. Quindi che dirvi se andate ad Istanbul vi consiglio molto questo Hotel strategicamente ubicato in posizione favorevole per spostarvi ovunque

Loved this spot. It’s more like an apartment or air b n b, which was completely fine for us! The bed was comfortable and it was just a 5 min walk from the busy part of Athens, which means it was quiet at night. They do not have staff on site but we have zero issues with this. You really cannot find a better value for the cost and location; highly recommend!

Best Accommodation in Town
We were so happy with our stay. The transport arranged by the hotel from airport was smooth. The room itself was clean and beautiful and very convenient walking distance to town center. The Ali and Mehmet team went above and beyond to help us with questions about everything- what patient, caring and hospitable hosts. We recommend Turna Hotel, 6 stars out of 5 for exceptional service and comfort.

Room was very clean with all facilities same as 3 star hotel but with lower price ,suitable for up to 2 or 3 persons. There is no elevator and its only problem is steps

Turna hotel was perfect in every way. Our welcome was fantastic - I was so touched that they bought my husband some Baklava as it was his birthday. The hotel is quiet and has everything in the room you could possibly need The hotel is walking distance from everything from the mosques to amazing restaurants and the grand bazaar. I would not hesitate to return or recommend to others. Just perfect.

Le sejour etait super ! Le gerant de l'hôtel etait d'une extrême gentillesse. A notre arrivée nous a proposé du thé,café. Vous conseille où aller pour ne pas payer trop chère et la chambre grande , tres propre. Jy retournerai sans problème

Excellent service, clean room, very well localized
The hotel was very well localized near Suktahmet and Aya Sofia. Ali was really the kindest host I ever met during my travels. The room were very clean. I recommand the hotel.

Très bon séjour dans ce petit hôtel qui a ouvert depuis 1 an. Bonne proximité avec le centre historique, chambre petite mais propre et neuve. Mais surtout, Ali est aux petits soins et très accueillant !!

The Turna Hotel was so hospitable and friendly. The father and son that are the main point of contact were so informative and helpful - we felt very grateful to have found such a nice hotel at very short notice during our time in Istanbul. We also became ill at the very end of our stay and they were so kind to provide us breakfast and the medicine that we needed.

Our stay at the Turna Hotel was exceptional! Before we arrived at Istanbul, I had requested to get a floor on the first floor because stairs are not good for me right now due to health conditions. They immediately responded via Expedia and arranged a room on the first floor for us! Ali, his dad, Erol, and Gulsha (sorry if I'm spelling their name wrong ) were all really nice and hospitable! And they helped us with good information for whatever we needed to know. The hotel was clean, washroom, and bedsheets were clean. The hotel room and washroom looks newly renovated. There was always ample amount of water bottles and they always asked whether we needed anything if we were running out of anything (water, toilet paper, soap etc ) Everything was close to the hotel, affordable and good restaurants to eat, Aya Sophia, blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar are all walkable distance. The masjid, little Aya Sophia is 1 min walk from the Turna Hotel to do your daily prayers. Ali recommended this affordable and good restaurant which was just 4 min walk where we had breakfast usually. It was good pricing with good food. They even found us a cheaper taxi to get back to the airport. Overall this is the best place and the best people in Istanbul! I would definitely come back whenever I comeback to Istanbul. They treated us just like family! If I were to give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars. Thank you the TURNA TEAM, you guys are the best!!!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. One of the best booking experiences we've had so far. Not only was the staff incredibly kind, accommodating and efficient, but also went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. We highly encourage anybody who's hesitating to make the booking to do so immediately, you will not regret it. Near to all amazing sight-seeing locations, local eateries nearby, public transport was accessible as well.

Hotel is a Family-Business. Everyone very friendly and so helpful, great service. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean, all we needed. The Hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul which is also very nice (for example for going out at night). If I come back to Istanbul (what is very likely) I definitely try to get a room here again.

Hôtel propre à proximité de tous les monuments à visiter, je remercie Mr Erol , Gulsat, Ali et Ahmet pour leur hospitalité, leur gentillesse. Mr Erol m'a proposé le petit déjeuner gratuitement alors que je n'avais pas souscris l'option, le jour de mon départ il m' a deposé le matin à 4h30 à la place Taksim gratuitement pour que je ne galère pas à trouver un Taxi. A chaque passage tout le monde me demande si j'avais besoin de quelque chose à l'hôtel ou à l'extérieur. Gulsat qui m'a invité à partager avec elle une bonne pastèque le soir. Vraiment pour mon prochain séjour à Istanbul je retournerai chez eux à Turna Hôtel.

The best hotel ive stayed in, right in the middle of all the tourist attractions, the owner and his family are the most welcoming people. Private transit is available also for a good price. I’ll definitely be back
