We enjoyed the condo. It was clean and well stocked with the items we needed. The view was wonderful! The convenience of having beach chairs was nice. We would recommend it to others. I would recommend instructions for coffee pot. We struggled getting it to work for us. We could only make two cups at a time. For our coffee drinkers, it was frustrating. The lamps in one of the bedrooms, would not turn on so we had to move some from the other room.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The ocean view is amazing. Our two young boys loved the loft area. Everything in the condo has been tastefully updated and has a beautiful coastal feel. The different levels make the condo feel spacious. We have been coming to Amelia Island for years and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in!

We stayed with older parents (80s) and teenage children and found this rental to be accessible and comfortable for all. Great natural light and plenty of seating, incredibly well-stocked (the Yeti collection was epic and we did not use but did appreciate both the microplaner and the space-age rolling pin!) and the view out both sides was beautiful. We have stayed in other rentals in this area and were thrilled that this building has an elevator (3 stories was a looooong way up!). Bathrooms are not big, but are modern and well-appointed, and sparkling clean. The kitchen is also fairly tight, but totally manageable and we appreciated the ability to run full or half loads in the dishwasher. Bedroom lamps have chargers built in, there was great WiFi for working, and a printer (with extra ink right there ready to go). Beds were comfortable; our younger teen liked the hidey-hole bed, older teen did not love the loft/open space set up (but the benefit was more time spent together in the mornings!). All around this was a great spot to stay and we hope to be back!

My husband and I traveled to Amelia Island with his parents (both in their 70s) and our 6 year old. Communication with the host was stellar! Never waited more than a couple hours for a response. Arrival was easy. Felt safe within the guarded property of Omni, but wish we had access to the resort amenities. There only being 1 elevator never posed a problem bc we were there in February when it’s less crowded and this condo is very close to the elevator. Walking in we were instantly blown away by the view. Better than advertised! We caught a couple amazing sunrises from the balcony overlooking the ocean and a couple amazing sunsets from the front hallway. Everything was clean and rooms were a good size. Master bath was small, but worked for us. Our 6 year old loves the alcove in the loft, although she slept on the twin bed. Kitchen was very tight. Only one person can be in there at a time, but well stocked with essentials, plus some. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach along the boardwalk. It was about a 5-6 minute drive to the grocery store and about 15-20 minutes to downtown shopping of fernandina beach. While at times I wish we had stayed a little closer to downtown, this was not a bad drive and kind of nice to be a bit more removed from the busyness. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was beautiful and very well equipped. The views from everywhere were breathtaking!! Dana was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.
