Si relajarse en un balcón privado frente al mar para disfrutar de su café de la mañana o un cóctel por la noche suena atractivo, no hay mejor ubicación que este condominio.  A solo unos pasos del Atlántico, todo el grupo puede disfrutar cómodamente de las olas en este amplio balcón que se extiende por todo el ancho del condominio.

Este condominio está ubicado en el tercer piso y el acceso al elevador está disponible desde el área de estacionamiento privado. Las grandes ventanas y puertas frente al mar dan la bienvenida a la luz solar natural al tiempo que permiten disfrutar de la impresionante vista en todo momento.  El dormitorio principal frente al mar también cuenta con 2 grandes ventanas para proporcionar vistas al océano desde la cama y persianas opacas para garantizar su privacidad.  Un dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen size y la unidad incluye un sofá cama, que permite que la propiedad duerma hasta 6.

Con una cocina totalmente equipada, un área de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas y muebles modernos, realmente puede disfrutar de toda su estadía sin salir.  Para aquellos que eligen explorar, no hay mejor ubicación con Egan’s Creek Greenway y Fort Clinch a poca distancia del condominio.  Dos millas más lejos se encuentra la histórica playa de Fernandina, que incluye una gran variedad de restaurantes, museos y galerías de arte.  El puerto deportivo del centro es su punto de partida para cruceros por el río, recorridos en moto acuática o excursiones de pesca en alta mar.  El personal de nuestra empresa de gestión de alquileres vacacionales está encantado de ayudarlo con las reservas o sugerencias para actividades.  Cualesquiera que sean sus preferencias de vacaciones, seguramente encontrará que este condominio es el alojamiento perfecto para formar recuerdos que durarán toda la vida.

Location is beyond perfect! Beachfront views are lovely and beach access easy and private! Dog-friendly condo and beach extra special! All amenities including beach chairs/umbrella, towels, furnishings as promised! Nicely furnished and CLEAN!! Great multiple hoses for washing sand off at beach gate but also in parking garage! Maintenance came within an hr of reporting a sliding door sticking! Elevator fantastic for convenience! As others have noted, parking is tricky! It didn’t help when someone parked their boat in one of the spaces which are just enough for the 18 condo units nor when an oversized SUV parked in outside space blocking at least one covered space and making it insanely difficult for anyone else in spaces nearby to get out! Not sure if this could be monitored but could be improved! Fernandina Beach is our new favorite beach and vacation haven! Restaurants galore and many exquisite and most beyond yummy! Thanks Coral Sands for the week of paradise!!

This condo had everything advertised and then some. It had beautiful views from the living room, main bedroom and balcony. It was immaculate. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Some early troubles regarding communication and room, How to lock door etc. Person answering phone number struggled to answer questions. Once that was ironed out, location was excellent, condo was clean and comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay.

This property has direct access to the beach and has a huge greenway for walking within a few blocks. It is only a 7 minute drive to town as well. It is a great location! The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The management agency was very easy to work with. The unit is pet friendly and that is a huge factor in favor of this rental.

We came to Amelia Island to look for shark teeth and selected this unit because of it's location. We were not disappointed. Location to Ft. Clinch and downtown Fernandina were perfect. You can walk directly on the beach from this unit. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities. Although the elevator was under maintenance and we were on the 3rd floor, (we were offered elsewhere to stay) it was worth the hike up the steps. We would love to come back and stay here again. We also found shark teeth!

My wife, parents, and 2 small Cavalier spaniels all had an amazing stay! Super clean, easy check-in, incredible beach balcony, everything worked just the way you would hope, simple private beach access. Not sure you could ask for anything more in a fernandina beach property!

Great place to stay right on the beach! Love sitting on the deck for sunrise. Also, easy access to beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely choose to stay there again.

Upon first impression of the condo it was exactly as listed. Very spacious, with many updates. When we went to open the sliding glass door to the patio we noticed that there was no locking mechanism on the door. My husband found an older mop and was able to use the handle to secure the door. The next day I did a load of laundry and the washing machine had a really bad oder and the seal in the machine was black with goop and the seal was filled with black sludge and mashed carrots. The dryer door was rigged with velcro to close it due to the door being broke. The velcro no longer would stick and again my husband found an away to keep the door closed so we could dry our clothes. The dishwasher was filthy on the inside with food, grime and more sludge. Ever dish, eating utensil, and glass that we got out of the cabinets had to be washed before we could use them. The spoons and glasses had horrible brown stains on them. On the third day of our stay we came up from the beach and the digital lock on the front door would not work. We called management and they brought a key and some batteries to replace the bad ones. Managements key did not work so we had to wait on a locksmith. This process ended up taking a little over 2 hours out of our day. After all of this on about day 5 I look under the kitchen table and there was a roach. Manangement offered $500 reimbursement for our trouble, but after my review they said only if I remove my review. Beware of management.

Overall it was a great property, great location right on the beach, great communication with the property management. The only thing is the parking is awful, not enough spaces or room, & the dryer door was broken to the dryer in this unit, we had to rig it to where the door would stay shut to dry our towels, there is also some mold growing in the washing machine.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights with our pet dog! The location, easy access to the beach and short drive to the downtown were perfect! The downtown is also very dog friendly! We appreciated the well appointed unit which made it easier for us not having to bring all of the beach "extras". The building was quiet, too! We will stay here again, for sure!

The property was in a great location and appointed very nicely. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture on the balcony and the beautiful ocean views. The owners have done a great job of decorating and you can tell that it is more than just a vacation rental to them. We loved it and had a great time.

We are a senior couple. We love the area: many great hiking trails, friendly people, convenient shopping, a great condo unit and of course the magnificent ocean and beach. We had a fantastic week in April. We hope to enjoy it again next spring. Our thanks to the very helpful people at Amelia Island Vacations. Praise God for you!

What a great find. The condo is right on the water. It’s well stocked with cooking supplies and offered a washer/dryer in the unit. The balcony is awesome. The views are a 10/10. The HVAC system worked as expected. The bed in the master bedroom was comfy. It’s walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. It was super quiet. There’s a mix of owners on site and the ones we met were nice and welcoming… I’d definitely return.

From the sunrise in the morning to the sound of the surf at night I don’t think you can find a more beautiful, relaxing location. The building is older but when you walk into the condo it takes your breath away. Everything you need is there and kudos to the cleaning service as the unit is spotless. Then you walk onto the spacious balcony and right there you have the ocean. Either your morning coffee or your cocktail at night you can spend most of your day just relaxing right there on the balcony. I know my pups enjoyed it as did I. It’s a short walk to restaurants, less than a mile to a nature park and a playground for the kids. And of course old town and the fort are near by as well. We’ve been to Amelia island several times but I think this may be my favorite place to stay. Would definitely come back.

We were down for the UGA/FL football game. The condo was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Rooms are very spacious. As per other reviews the parking is limited but we did not have an issue. We would definitely stay here again.
