Bueno el hotel afuera y adentro bien limpio la comunicación al frente bien y en el cuarto en la limpieza estubo no muy bien ya que el microondas estaba sucioooo y en el lavaplatos todos los vasos, platos,todos los cubiertos etc sucio se puso a lavar y nada se quedó igual . Y en ningún momento ninguna housekipping fue a limpiar el cuarto tube que estar hiendo al frontdesk a buscar lo que necesitaba. Y el fregadero estubo botando agua por la parte dé abajo y el baño regular en la limpieza . El desayuno estubo rico la pisina divina pero en esos detalles de la cocina y baño deben estar limpio y deben cambiar ese polvo para lavar los platos no funciona ya que todos los platos se quedan sucios..

100% recomendado.
El hotel es increíble! Limpio, cómodo y el personal muy amable. Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. Desayuno incluido, fresco y con buen sabor. Parking cómodo y seguro. La piscina algo pequeña pero esta bien. La habitación estaba limpia y olía bien. La cama era increíblemente cómoda y en general, todo estuvo muy bien. Volvería sin duda.

First night we we see a 430 wake up call we did not ask for it, but the phone rang twice answered it and it was a wake up call that we did not request

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly front desk staff. The room was great! Comfortable bed, huge shower, big fridge and kitchen area. We will definitely be seeking these hotels out for future stays!

Wonderful staff. Room was clean and spacious. Bigger than expected. Our flight was canceled and they were able to get us taken care of quickly with no issues, making a tough day better.

Our group rented 4 separate rooms and each family was very happy with their stay! Would definitely stay again and are considering this hotel chain for our next visit in another city.

Needless $75 hold on my card. Small walk in shower. Despite me having a DND sign on my door, maintenance was insistent on coming in to glance at the breaker box on the wall. Otherwise a good stay. Tv is the size of a postage stamp too. Smelled like weed in the hallway on Saturday night

Helpful friendly staff with comfortable stay
Hotel was clean and comfortable along with friendly staff. No complaints. I read reviews prior to our trip with complaints about the ACs not working well. Ours was not working well so I called and maintenance came within a few minutes to fix. We left for the day and came back to a working AC that froze the room just the way we like it. The front desk was very helpful with any questions and helped with anything we needed assistance with.

We purchased a room and my employee showed up and they said they had no rooms available, Very frustrating and disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel
