No es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel y como siempre mi estancia es agradable, habitaciones correctas que cumplen con todo lo que ofertan, el único pero le pongo al desayuno, que es muy simple y escaso.

El desayuno a las 8 de la mañana ya no había ni café cuando se termina a las 9 ; el shutters ninguna llego por mi al aereopuerto esperé 40 minutos y termine con taxi tampoco caballero de recepción repugnante cuando le pedí un recibo no me lo quiso dar . Homeless en el pasillo caminando entrar del exterior de la propiedad por las puertas traseras ; el hotel cuarto pequeño pero todo nuevo y bonito ;

Upon check-in, I was informed of a separate "amenities fee" that had to be paid at that time. I asked for a receipt & was informed that no receipt would be given because I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia.) The only unusual amenity was being in the airport flight path, the sound was almost as loud as the construction right outside my hotel door the next morning. The property is listed as "breakfast included" but when i arrived to eat at 7:45am the 3 types of juice were all out of order, the revolving oven for muffins and bagels was hot - but there were no muffins nor bagels. The fruit/yogurt cooler was empty. I asked the desk clerk & got a gruff answer: "Coffee, cereal, Bread - that's all." Sadly, the milk for the coffee was luke-warm and I couldn't trust it. The TV in my room wouldn't turn on; the remote worked but not the TV. This place is a last resort option if nothing else is available.

The pictures shown on this website are taken from another hotel so they lie to their customers! The bed was horrible, the mattress was full of bumps, we asked to be changed, but the lady in charged was rude and refused to do it. We preferred leaving and decided to book in another hotel. Really bad experience!

Sheets seemed clean. In general floors elevator need deep clean but weren't too gross. Bed was very high for handicap room and very firm bed. Pillows were tiny squares. Overall worked well for quick stop on cross country trip not extended stay. As clerk said at check in breakfast is 6-9 not 9:01

Room smelled like an ashtray, used fabreeze on the carpet twice a day to no avail. I stayed a week and each night those around me were loud, continually banging the floor and opening and closing doors, housekeeping was average, never felt safe the entire time. Proprietors were nice.

I didn't take a shower because the shower was dirty around the border near the tile border. The room smelled so much like cigarette smoke. It was disgusting.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She must work long hours because she checked us in at 10:30ish and she was setting up and maintaining the breakfast in the morning. Room was nice but smelled a little funny and there was a problem on the ceiling....paint was bubbled and some had chipped away. It looked very nice as long as you didn't look up (haha) Perfect for our needs. Just a quick stay before heading on our way in the morning.
