Perfect location
Location was perfect for us. Easy walk to the Sandbar and Saltlife. Flectcher Avenue is bikeable. The unit is small but had everything we needed. I like that it had a washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable. Nice that parking is covered. We would stay there again!

Near main beach
It was a nice condo,tho cozy, the parking space is absurdly close to a concrete pillar, but we had a maintenance issue, and the maintenance man was there in 5 minutes. A good experience overall.

Amelia Island Anniversary
Perfect location and size! Next time (yes, we will be back!), we’d like a unit with a balcony. Perfectly situated to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Recommend using personal GPS on phone, instead of directions given. We had trouble getting the door code to let us in, but help arrived shortly. The unit was very well appointed.

Needs TLC
The location was perfect. Easy access to parking and the local restaurants were great. The property needs a little TLC. The blinds are dusty. The fans have to be clean. I took pictures of the dusty fans. The walls need to be clean you can see it specially at the entrance all the scuff. The bar chairs are very old and need some cleaning too. The toilet seat is loose. The washing machine makes a horrible noise. I thought it was going to go through the floor.

Great spot right on beach.
Beach lovers dream! We were just steps away from the beach, and close to all necessities. The only issue was the late check in. We wished it was an hour or two earlier. The company wouldn’t allow you to check in even 5 minutes early. Overall it was a great stay and we would go again.

Convenient beach front location
Great place for two adults. Quiet, easy access. Pool was small. Woukd have been nice to have some beach chairs but for the price, it was great value.

Nice getaway
This spot is perfect for just a few people. Great location right on the beach. Short distance to entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Felt safe and secure during our stay. My kids and will be back! We had a great time.

Great 4th of July Stay
We had a great trip visiting Amelia Island for the 4th of July. This location had everything that we were looking for during our stay. It’s probably the best location that you can find right on the beach. Their communication was top notch especially given that it was a holiday weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

Small condo beachside
SMALL condo beachside. Good location. Not exactly sure pool situation but we didn’t need it anyways. Unit is small but worked for myself, husband and 2 small children. Washer and dryer are very tiny (like only fit 2 towels tiny) so keep that in mind if you’re planning to use it. Condo could use some sprucing up (a good paint job, newer linens) but all and all it worked for a quick getaway.

Location was the best
We loved the location and the ease of getting to our rooms and the beach. My one complaint, and it may seem trivial, is that it is advertised as having a coffee maker but they don’t supply coffee filters. Being a mom with an infant, my morning coffee is important and I only have a certain period of time in the day to be able to have it. To realize at 7:30am we didn’t have filters and that they don’t supply them was extremely frustrating. To advertise you have a coffee maker but without filters is like saying you have a lamp without lightbulbs… it doesn’t function one without the other. If they have filters now, it’s bc I left them for the next visitor. The view from the unit does show some beach but it mainly looks over a dumpster as the hotel next to it is doing renovations. Location is the best part of this unit. Not enough space for more than 4 adults. Having infants with all their needed items was tight.

It is true that we do not supply consumable/reusable items, however should they be left by previous guests or the owners then the guests are free to use the items, however, again, we do NOT supply them. Weather wasn't good but the room was just fine!
Unfortunately the weather was terrible for our visit, high winds and rain almost the entire time. The room was quite nice and very close to all the areas activities which made our stay worth it. Overall I would definitely stay here again I just hope mother nature doesn't play a factor next time.

Great location and perfect for us!
My daughter and I had a great time here. It was a perfect location to the beach so we didn’t have to walk far. We enjoyed the living space and having a washer and dryer to do clothes before we left. My only complaint was the sofa bed would not pull out so she had to just sleep on the couch. Would definitely come again.

Lovely room, easy walk to the beach
Easy access to room and beach. Liked the security of a coded entry way. The Sand Bar Restaurant has great grouper sandwiches and sweet potato fries. Everything we needed was provided in the room, even beach chairs and towels.

Great location, Easy Access to the beach, Small property means less people, Quiet place laid back
Beach is window side view which is still good because you can see the sunrise without leaving the condo. Price is very economical for this great view and location. This is a quiet laid back environment good for people who just want to relax on their vacation. Only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of they did not follow their own rules :(1) place cannot be rented for at least 18 hour period in between guest and (2) hand sanitizers availability - did not see any at all except going to the pool as i did not go anywhere near it. But anything other than my personal complaints, you'll enjoy staying at this great place.

Great location but the place was dirty underneath the bed I found shoes , dust , pieces of glass, sand among others things. The bath tube look dirty as well, sofa very old and uncomfortable as well as a te bed . But location was great , the place was quiet, and safe

Very clean, kitchen/property had all we needed, good location. Peaceful - but maybe because it was off season. Overall we really enjoyed it. Only complaint - while I expect sleeper sofas to be less comfortable, this one was particularly bad. Definitely cannot support 2 people unless they get a new mattress for it. But I just slept on the sofa, not as a bed, and it was good enough for 1 small person.

Honeymoon Getaway
