The house is very nice, clean, roomy and very well stocked. Plenty of cooking items, which means a lot to us. We do a lot of cooking. The views and proximity to the beach and downtown are great.

We were all happy with the accomodations. All queen or king beds. 4 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds. Perfect for our group. The location right across from a beach access and the house were just right!

We rented the round house for our annual girl’s weekend with my mom, sister, and best friends. We were looking for a place close to the beach but with a balcony and walking distance to restaurants. This place was in a great location, the bedrooms were comfortable and decorated tastefully, and the balcony gave us spectacular views of the moonrise. We walked the mile to Sliders and had dinner 2 nights and also drive to downtown Fernandina for shopping and a boat tour of Cumberland Island. Highly recommend the round house!

The pictures looked great, but the house is outdated and is falling apart. I'm shocked at the price compared to the value. The location is great, the house was clean (save some dirty doors/walls), and the property management company communicated very well. It's just the house itself- there are maintenance issues, the front porch feels like it's about to collapse, the kitchen is way outdated as is everything in it, the hot water has issues when more than one shower is being used, the master toilet is super low and there were problems with the chain while flushing. We visit Amelia Island once a year- we will not be coming back to this house.

Clean and more spacious than it looks.Layout of house was great for us. Older parents upstairs while the younger adults had the downstairs and we didn’t hear a thing. Beach was very quiet and beach access was one house down which was also nice. Good quiet location but still close to everything. Walked a mile in both directions to restaurants. We will be back.

Beautiful location. Feel the pics overrate the property Great for family but a couple safety issues. Probably would not revisit this time of year. Be sure to visit the Jacksonville Zoo

Good location. The unit was very clean. Appliances relatively new. Nice view of ocean across the street. Lots of beach equipment available. Unit is quite dated and outside needs updated. (Painting, decks are dated, etc) Overall was a good place to stay

We found the house to be just as described. The location was perfect for us. Beach access is right across the road from the house. Found the Amelia Island Getaway Team to be very friendly. They checked in with us throughout our visit to ensure we were not experiencing any issue. They were great to work with! We would return to this house again.

We all really liked this home and would consider coming back when the weather is nicer. Unfortunately, we had a storm front come through during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the beach, which was right across the street. We were stuck indoors most of the time, but this house made the bad weather tolerable. The only thing to know is that there’s really no yard to speak of. It’s just a lot of brush all around the house. Totally fine for a beach vacation though, IMO. The location as about a mile away from good dining in either direction too.

Great house for older kids- master on second floor. 3 bedrooms on first floor. Great location! Walk to beach with great view of the sunrise: short drive to restaurants and attractions. Would stay again!

Great location! Literally steps from a beach access point and a 10 min walk to the Greenway. Quiet section of beach. Close to great restaurants. The house was great! Nicely outfitted with everything you could need and *great* comfy beds. Excellent layout for inviting guests. What sets this apart was customer service. I didn’t need much, but they were immediately and effectively responsive. Have already booked my next stay😊

The people at Amelia Getaways were amazing. The house was the perfect size for our family. The location was right near the beach. There were a couple of issues with some pieces of furniture and it was fixed that same day that I texted them. Nick came by and fixed the problems even on a Saturday. I would rent from Amelia Getaways again in a heartbeat!
