Fantástico ático con vista al mar en Punta Leona

Extraordinario penthouse con vista al mar en un tranquilo parque solo para miembros. La casa es de 3 dormitorios, 3 baños, 3 balcones, cocina gourmet, gran suite principal, terraza, estacionamiento privado cubierto, lavandería y piscina. Ubicado junto a "Playa Blanca", una de las 7 mejores playas de Costa Rica. Si desea privacidad, seguridad, tranquilidad, una vista fantástica en una hermosa casa en el océano, este es el lugar para usted.

Gran surf, restaurantes, senderismo y visitas a lugares cercanos. A solo una hora y media del aeropuerto internacional de San José.

Si quieres tranquilidad en el océano, este es el lugar para ti. El ático está en el último piso, con una gran terraza que da al océano. Durante el día, disfrute viendo las hermosas costas distantes de la Península de Nicoya, junto con ballenas, pelícanos, guacamayos y loros, y por la noche disfrute de las luces lejanas de Puntarenas.

La casa fue completamente remodelada y recientemente amueblada en 2017, lo que le da una nueva apariencia. Home también incluye televisores inteligentes de 55 "y 50" con Netflix, cable y wifi de alta velocidad. Estamos ubicados al final de Punta Leona en una calle sin salida, por lo que no tenemos tráfico ni ruido de tráfico. ¡Solo olas, pájaros y brisa marina!

Los huéspedes tendrán toda la casa, estacionamiento privado, lavandería privada, piscina y terrenos, incluido el acceso a pie a Playa Blanca y Playa Mantis. (Si bien no proporcionamos brazaletes al club privado, los huéspedes seguirán disfrutando y tendrán acceso a Playa Blanca a través de la entrada central)

Nuestro objetivo es que tengas unas vacaciones fantásticas. Debido a que vivimos aquí en Costa Rica, siempre estamos disponibles para usted por teléfono, mensaje de texto o correo electrónico, según sea necesario.

Le proporcionaremos un mapa e indicaciones para llegar a Punta Leona, y la ubicación de la casa dentro de Punta Leona. Debido a la entrada controlada a Punta Leona, tendremos que proporcionar a la estación de guardia los nombres de todos en su grupo. Recogerá las llaves en la estación de guardia final llamada "Puntos de Leonamar" directamente antes del condominio.

An all time spot

This property is absolutely exceptional. Our family of 4 had a great time here. The cleanliness and amenities were superb. The location was magical. The views are breathtaking. This place had everything you could want. The host was quick to respond. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience at this place. Definitely one of the nicest rentals that I’ve ever stayed in.

BELLISIMO LUGAR PERO SIN ACCESO FACIL A PLAYA

Este lugar es maravilloso, bien decorado, con vistas maravillosas del mar, linda de decoracion, cocina perfectamente equipada, parrillla, espacios separados y lindos para toda la familia. La razon por la que no le di todas las estrellas es porque si usted no renta un carrito de golf (costo diario es 60) NO va a poder parquear cerca de la playa, lo que es un gran inconveniente. va a tener que dejar a su familia o acompañantes, regresar a parquear el auto al condominio y regresarse caminando a la playa. Ese camino esta lleno de subidas y bajadas, le tomara entre 12 y 15 minutos llegar. Ese auto de golf se vuelve asi una necesidad que va a incrementar el precio de su estadia. Hay otra playa publica (playa mantas) pero si usted va a ir a punta leona quiere disfrutar de la mejor playa: playa blanca y no ninguna otra. Por lo demas el lugar es bello y playa blanca divina.

Wonderful Lodging

The view and décor of the property is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend this property. Everything was clean and beautiful. We saw many Macaws in the trees and flying overhead. You can see a wonderful sunset every evening from the living room and bedrooms. The master bedroom had a fantastic ocean view and the other bedrooms have a partials ocean view. There are beach towels and boogie boards and snorkel gear for the guests. I would recommend getting a golf cart with good pick up if you want to go down to the beach. It is a very steep grade up and down. But don't let that discourage you from staying here. It will be a highlight of your trip.

Great place - fantastic host

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Gil was exceptional at looking after and predicting our needs. Place was incredibly beautiful and just what we needed for a couple of down days at the end of our adventure in Costa Rica.

Wonderful!!!! I can’t say it enough. Our family had a great time. Having coffee in the morning on the patio while bird watching was the highlight. It was unreal. When you read a perfect score it is because there is no place like it I would recommend renting a golf cart if going to the beach.

Amazing condo with gorgeous views

My family of five had a wonderful time at this gorgeous two-story condo. My husband and three teenage daughters loved our time together in this very spacious and lovely condo. We especially loved the views from the two balconies. We enjoyed coffee on the main balcony and the sunset and starry nights each night from the huge rooftop one. Gilbert was very helpful and had everything we needed in this wonderful home away from home. We rented a golf cart which made our stay absolutely perfect. It was just a few minute ride down to the beautiful beach of Playa Blanca which is ranked one of the top beaches in Costa Rica and is only accessible by the people within the private area of Punta Leona making it not very crowded. We had a wonderful time each day on this beach. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart, and Gilbert made it so easy to get in contact with the owner of the golf cart company within this resort area. There is one restaurant and ice cream shop and market accessible to you while you stay here, or you can buy a day pass to the resort area of Punta Leona to have access to the private club with restaurants, pools, etc. other restaurants were about a 12-15 minute drive away. We absolutely loved this house and you cannot beat the views of the ocean! It surpassed our expectations! There is also a shared pool, but we mostly had that to ourselves. We would definitely come back and stay in this lovely condo. I would highly recommend this for your stay on the ocean.

Beautiful Views and private beach

Great place to stay with awesome views and a beautiful beach. The downside is that there is no parking area to leave car while at beach. You have to leave at condo and walk back and forth. The going isn’t back but returning is a bit difficult with the steep climb.

Absolutely beautiful and clean condo with amazing ocean views and quick access to the beach (8 minute walk). Great outdoor living space with multiple decks. Only downside was challenges getting the AC too cold/too hot and never just right throughout the night. Communication with owner was great. Very responsive.

Spectacular views & peaceful location!

Highly recommend this property! Great communication with Gilbert leading up to our stay, and throughout the stay when we needed. Was provided a detailed list/binder of local recommendations that was super helpful as it was our first time in CR. Renting a golf cart is a MUST with going back and forth to the beach. Playa Blanca was wonderful for snorkeling, and less busy vs our usual Spring Break destinations in the US. Great location for a family (3 teenage boys) who enjoyed the culture and Pura Vida lifestyle. Surfing, snorkeling and National Parks not far. Enjoyed the pool, and the amazing views. Drive into the complex is about 15 minutes, but liked the security and tranquility of this property. Miss my morning coffee on the balcony watching those beautiful Scarlet Macaws! Ocean view is spectacular. Our family made some great memories here, and hope to be back in the future!

Our Favorite Stay in Costa Rica

My family and I (all adults) recently went to Costa Rica and travelled all over the country staying at multiple VRBO's; this was our favorite stay. The check-in process was extremely smooth, and Gilbert was checking in with us every step of the way. The condo itself was beautiful and clean, and we saw lots of macaws in the nearby trees! The checkout process was just as smooth, and Gilbert again checked in with us to make sure everything went ok for us during our stay. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in Costa Rica! The only con to this property is the drive in Punta Leona- the brick road is not very well maintained and is very bumpy, but all in all it was an amazing place to stay. If we ever go back to Costa Rica we will certainly plan to stay here again!

Beautiful upscale property

My husband and I stayed here with our 12 and 15 year old and had a fabulous time. The condo is gorgeous, and having access to Playa Blanca is fantastic. We saw so many macaws! It's a VERY steep walk to the beach, though, so you either need a golf cart or someone to pick you up and drop you off if you can't manage the walk. You also need to plan ahead for meals and bring all your food in because it's a long way to grocery stores or restaurants. If you're looking a for a peaceful, private vacation home with unbeatable views, this is the spot for you. The owner's detailed directions and restaurant/store recommendations also proved to be very handy and accurate. Five stars!
