It is true that our restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner since most of our guests are away during lunch time. There are many options for lunch since so many restaurants nearby. Within 5 - 15 minutes walking distance, you can go to many restaurants and malls located near our hotel. You may also order food via many apps from your smartphone provided by Gojek, Grab and many others. They can deliver it to you with affordable price and fast.Happy and safe travels!

Thank you for your feedback and stay with us. We have 24 hours security service. If you have problem with the AC in your room, please inform our front desk officer and they will change your room. Since you post it as anonymous, we could not know the room number. We will be sure to look into this and take the corrective action to try and avoid this from happening in the future.
