This was our second time staying here, and we loved it just as much as the first time! Very sweet, cozy, peaceful place. The ring toss game on the porch was a nice touch! Zach communicates very well and the check-in process is a breeze. Providing body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and creamer, snacks, and a couple of bottles of water is so nice! We hope to come back to Jefferson soon and will definitely stay there again!

My wife and I spent the weekend in Jefferson as a getaway from work and because we like to take weekend trips on occasion. The French Cottages, and especially the Strasburg (the room we stayed in) was wonderful! It was quiet and in the evenings we could see the deer. Check in was great and Zach kept in touch the whole time we were there to make sure we were comfortable. I am sure we will stay again. The property was clean and very easy to locate and super close to town! Definitely recommend for couples!

It was such a treat to stay at the French Cottage. The bed was huge and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The window unit kept it cold and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in the town of Jefferson. The owners were awesome and made sure we were checked in and okay during a bad storm that hit the downtown area. Would definitely recommend this cute little place.

This cottage was so cozy and so perfect for a quick weekend getaway! Just as described, it was clean, so well decorated, and the bed!! Super comfy! We will definitely book again!

Very cute renovation. Friendly owner who communicated efficiently. I would say if you have trouble with mobility, some of the walkways may be challenging. Plus, the bathroom in suite is elevated and up two steps. Very nicely done and appointed. Loved the fireplace.

It was clean and quiet but we couldn't a few things to work. The tv remote wouldn't work even after we bought new batteries, the fireplace wasn't working, the tv was extremely small for the room, and we had trouble with the lock, it wouldn't lock all the way. We feel like the price was rather high for just a single room, we have rented larger multi bedroom cabins for this price.

My husband and I booked this cottage for the weekend to attend our stepsons high-school graduation and baby shower. The cottage is absolutely everything as advertised. Very nice for couples located in historic downtown Jefferson. Communication with ownership was very good. We will definitely stay at this cottage again. Thank you Zach!

The booking and check-in process were simple. The property is in a nice peaceful neighborhood on a one-way street so the traffic going by was minimal. Loved the tub! The only things I could suggest would be putting the coffee creamers in the fridge because they were curdled, and the bath towels could be bigger. Other than that, perfect place and we definitely plan to come back!

My wife and I were looking for a place to just relax this past weekend, and we found it! The room was spotless! Everything was exactly as advertised! The bed was huge and comfortable! The room was cool! It was one of the most pleasant stays we’ve had in the last 10 years! We 10/10 recommend this room and will be back!

We had such a perfect stay. Perfect for romance or just unwind. Just 1/2 mile from town and they provide cute bicycles 🚲 to use. To my surprise there was a LOT of towels and washcloths! Coffee, creamer, snacks, coffee mugs and wine glasses, and waters in the mini fridge. Also put Wonderful linens on the bed. French Country vibe with a wrap around porch and rocking chair to watch the squirrels play in the bird bath. Very comfortable. It felt like home! Garden tub was a plus with bath salt! Oh and they provided these wonderful little slippers and courtesy spray for the potty 🚽. Great communication! We will be back! ❤️
