Excelente opción para descansar del ruido de NY, camas super cómodas, la parada del bus a la ciudad esta a la vuelta, Walmart a 700 mts, varios restaurants al rededor, vale la pena si quieres ahorrarte algunos dolares.

Estancia pacífica y placentera.
Fue una experiencia muy positiva! Las camas están irreales, demasiado cómodas y perfectas. De verdad que es increíble su comodidad. No queríamos pararnos. El baño es espacioso y muy bonito. Todo se ve nuevo. El check in fue muy rápido y eso nos encantó porque veníamos desvelados. Nos dieron la habitación antes de las 3:00 pm y lo agradecemos muchísimo. Recomendable totalmente! Volvería sin duda. El único problema fue al llegar a la habitación, había vello púbico en la ducha y el lavabo. Pedí que me cambiaran las toallas que también tenían pelos. Pero me hicieron la limpieza diario así que se agradece mucho. El autobús cuesta 4.25 dólares por persona para llegar a Manhattan y otros 4.25 de regreso (considérenlo porque es un gasto fijo a parte del Metro). Me encantó que estuviera a unos pasos del Walmart y Marshalls. Muy conveniente para familias. También hay TJ Max y Burlington a unos pasos. Celebre mi cumpleaños número 30 y fue Perfecto!

Muchas fallas
Fuimos en fin de año, nunca funciono el internet en las habitaciones, un dia no tuvimos agua caliente, llegamos y las habitaciones no estaban listas, y tuvimos que dejar las maletas hasta tarde, de las ventajas, esta muy cerca la estacion del autobus, como a media cuadra, hay varios restaurants muy buenos en la zona, el desayuno es lo mejor del hotel, es a la carta, recien hecho y te dan cafe de starbucks, del hotel a la estación haces aproximadsmente 30 min, pero depende del trafico, un dia fueron 2 horas, a pesar de la corta distancia, por la diferencia de precio vale la pena pagar el hotel en ny y no moverse tanto.

I paid for a king-size bed but got a queen/full-size bed. The room was small, and the toilet was broken. It wouldn't refill the tank without jiggling the hand. When I arrived Friday night, 2/16, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The lady at the front desk was pleasant but not helpful.

Room we were given at check in had dirty sheets and stained mattresses. We asked to change rooms and the next room was cleaner. I asked for a bus schedule and they gave me a print out from 2021 that was no longer accurate.

Highly recommend!
This is our favorite hotel in the area. We chose a suite room and it was incredibly roomy, lots of areas to put your stuff, 2 TVs and 2 thermostats. Staff was friendly. No breakfast but they did have a little bistro downstairs and a diner that's a 5 minute walk away.

Clean and comfortable place. My only gripe is that I showered in the middle of the night and it was like warm. Not sure why that was because it was hot during the day.

Overall good stay
We chose this hotel for its location. It was close to everything we wanted to access - especially nearby the Nickelodeon attraction for my daughter. We arrived earlier than our check in time and we appreciated being granted our room early. The beds were comfortable and the room was okay. A major concern was that we could hear the guests in the room next to us. They were extremely loud and were up all night talking, laughing and sounded like they were playing games. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offerings at the restaurant. The food was very tasty and well proportioned.

We had high hopes for staying at this hotel for our frequent NYC trips since our usual go to Embassy Suites around the corner is under new ownership. It was ok at best. It took us a good 5 minutes to get in to our room with a faulty scanner on the door. The ice machine on our floor was broke. The heater/fan/ac made a random clicking nose throughout the night. The handheld shower holder was broken so it was directing water below your belly button unless you held it the entire time. And finally…. There was little to no hot water for a shower in the evening or the morning. It was barely lukewarm. Very disappointing.
