Great Stay in a Great Location!
My family of 3 had a wonderful stay at Mike & Devon’s property. The home was more spacious than I expected and was nice and sunny and warm inside! They provide a book with tons of information about restaurants and local sites! The neighborhood was more residential than I expected it to be, but the property has plenty of outdoor space (front porch, back yard with a table and fire pit) and the access to the lake and fishing access we’re great! Mike and Devon replied super quickly to any questions I had and were very accommodating hosts!

DVD player listed not found. Need railing on outdoor steps. Drain in bathroon sink needs adjustment. 2 snow squalls while there but no snow for tubing. Next year...

Such a great experience
This was our one year anniversary, and we couldn’t have had a better time or picked a better place. So cozy, clean and close to town while still being somewhat secluded. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great location for exploring the Hickory Run Park area - with very comfortable furniture and a very pleasant shower. The kitchen is well stocked and we had no problems during our stay.

Quiet cabin in the woods
Everything about this cabin was perfect from the firepit to comfy bed to the well stocked kitchen and overall cleanliness. We brought our own queen bed set which was perfectly fine and slept as comfortably as we do at home. My wife and I enjoyed the firepit Friday night, spent the entire day exploring Jim Thorpe on Saturday, and had a nice calm morning on Sunday with coffee and breakfast. You can bet we will be back, perhaps with family and/or friends for the perfect weekend getaway from the daily grind.

Perfect weekend getaway
This cozy cabin was exactly as described- clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. It was in a great location- close to restaurants and stores (and a great playground for our toddler!). We appreciated the binder with local suggestions from Mike and Devon- we hiked to the waterfall and loved it! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

A beautiful, quaint little cabin in a great location, private neighborhood, with an unusual amount of deer! It is an a private community with a pool and two different places to swim lakefront that are not on the immediate property. Far enough to have to drive to with your car. Overall clean and comfortable, however, the comforters provided were not washed so I would suggest bringing your own. Overall a really special place.

Great weekend!
The cabin was very clean and comfortable and had all the modern conveniences. We enjoyed the fire-pit and cooking on the grill. Our granddaughter liked how tame the deer were, riding the train in Jim Thorpe and swimming at the pool. We would definitely return in the future.

Comfy and cozy
My husband and I stayed here for a weekend. We had tickets for a concert at Penn’s Peak and the location was great (took 10 minutes to get there). The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to try out the fire pit or spend time on the deck, but we enjoyed our stay. Nicely updated.

Great Hospitality
The place was clean and just as advertised. A really nice getaway and the fire pit area and deck were great! The hosts were amazing! Very quick to respond. We had an issue and they quickly got it looked at and made sure we had a place to stay our last night. I would absolutely recommend any of their VRBOs and I would love to stay at any of their places again!

Great property

Amazing family New Year’s

Cozy cabin stay
We were more then pleased with our stay. The hosts answered all of our questions, easy travel to many great spots including Jim Thorpe, hiking trails and Blue Mountain Ski resort. The cabin was so clean, well taken care of and very cozy! We will def be back in the spring.

Great weekend getaway!
We rented this cabin to spend Christmas there. We loved it so much. We forgot to bring some games for the kids and we were planning to go to Walmart but the cabin had everything we needed. It was beautiful and cozy my kids didn’t want to leave. I would definitely be back. Thanks a lot !!

Girls getaway
My girlfriends and I had been planning this weekend for a long time. Devon and Mike's place did not disappoint. It was cozy and inviting and in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Great firepit in the backyard where we sat for hours. My girlfriends said I picked a great place! We'd definitely go back.

Cozy is the right word for this place
The cabin was cozy, in a quiet neighborhood, close to Jim Thorpe and hiking areas. The deer did not mind having guests at the house, they just hung out anyway. Very nice stay and would definitely come back.

Outstanding cabin in a great community
Outstanding experience. Quiet, very clean set on a beautiful property. Gorgeous front deck and BBQ. Great fire pit in the rear of the cabin. Very clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend it.Easy communication with the host.

Best vrbo rental we ever stayed in in the Pocono area. Clean, adorable, quiet, beautiful location and community. Lovely lake and pool area with multiple playgrounds. Great outdoor seating in front and back of house. Kitchen and living area were beautiful. We would love to come back!

Great Cabin for Blue Mtn and Jim Thorpe
Very comfortable cabin located 10 minutes from Jim Thorpe and 25 from Blue Mountain Bike Park. Some friends and I stayed here while riding at the bike park and really enjoyed the fire pit and grill. The bedrooms were exactly what we needed and the kitchen was well equipped. Great place to stay!

When at the cabin, Blue Mountain and Jim Thorpe are our favorite places to visit. Between the bike park and skiing, Blue Mountain has become an all season place. Glad you enjoyed your time.

Weekend Mountain Getaway

Great Location, Perfect for weekend get away.
Friends & I stayed at the cozy cabin this past weekend and it was perfect for what we were looking for. We spent the one day taking a walk through the neighbor, sitting on the beach at the lake, enjoying dinner on the beautiful deck & then finishing the day sitting around the fire pit. The house is decorated so cute & the little details down to the lights hanging over the fire pit made our stay so pleasing! Thank you Mike & Devon for sharing your place with us!

Highly recommended cabin
I would highly recommend this property to both friends going away for the weekend and families with kids. Both the interior and the exterior of the property were beautiful. There were plenty of activities to do at the cabin and in the surrounding area. To top things off, the property owners were super helpful and provided a guide with various activities in the area. I would absolutely rent at this property again.

The cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway for the four of us. Great amount of space and the fireplace kept us warm during the snow storm. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Would definitely come back.

Picturesque Mountain Cabin
We were looking for a chalet/cabin to rest for our children's first ski trip and the hospitality, scenery and style of this beautiful cabin did NOT disappoint! We all felt like we were in a movie the entire time, cozy and snuggled up by the fire, and bonus - not one of us checked in with work or were on our computers the entire time we were together. The owners were so hospitable, descriptive and kind - they even mailed back our keys that we left behind! We will be making a return trip to the cabin to make our ski experience an annual adventure, if they'll have us!
