Hotel entrance and Room got a smell when I 1st enter. inside the room got cockroach. toilet got stain and doesn't look very clean..

Dear guest, we are sorry about your unhappy stay with us. We will try to work hard to fix the issue of your experienced. Due to ground floor rooms have smoking rooms, some of the guests are smoke in the rooms or near to the entrance. In addition, we will shorter the time to request technical personnel to spray the insecticide to reduce the problem. Really thank you for your feedback. Charge extra tax when you arrive. For example, Expedia shows $20, when you arrive and book into your room, they will add in their own tax of $5. Surprise fee. Unprofessional.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We would like to explain that the tax collected of RM10 is tourism tax collected by Malaysia government. The tourism tax is charged RM10 per night per room. We did not collect any additional fees and all the prices collected is based on your booking price. Your understanding is very much appreciated. We are also apologized that our front desk people did not explain well and causing misunderstanding. We hope to see you soon in near future. Thank you

Cheap stay close to food places
It wasnt that hard to find the hotel. Checked in this hotel due to some planning error and we needed another hotel just for the an evening earlier than our intended stay. Hotel was quite small, check in process wasnt so bad. Walking distance to a supermarket and many food restaurants, even a mini vietnam area that served good pho and bahn mi. Room though was dirty with used toilet rolls, moldy tiles and dried splattered dirty liquid on the wall by the bin. Small cockroach also found in the toilet. But for the price paid, i guess it was expected. Internet connection was bad (cannot connect at all) on the second floor and when mentioned to the day shift counter person, he said it was "just like that coz many people use it" which was impossible to believe as the wifi strength down below was full and there were 2 routers on the second floor. The evening shift counter staff was kind enough to heed our request to reset/reboot the router and it fixed the problem instantly. Wouldnt really come back for another stay but if you bring your standard really low and you just need a place to crash for a short while i guess its not so bad.

Given rooms at ground floor which is not smoking free. Hence rooms have smoking smell. Not comfortable. Also has no window. No electrical airport in the room. Have to collect water ftom the hotel lobby.

Dear guest, due to non smoking room is fully occupied on your arrival date and it was be arranged by 1st booked 1st served. For your information, your booking for standard room is with no window. Only our deluxe room is with window. I hope you May arrange to stay at our deluxe room which is non smoking and with window. Thank you.

The bed was so dirty!!! I think there are bed bugs cause my partner went home with multiple red bumps on his legs! Won’t stay here again.

Great value for money
For a good night stay with friendly staffs and clean room this is the best around the area, comfy enough to sleep soundly after a massage, no noise from surrounding.
