Wonderful Visit to Joshua Tree
Wonderful property very close to town and National Park entrance. Host was very communicative and helpful. The back yard was amazing. We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub and fountains. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need for cooking or baking. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our group of four had a lovely time.

Awesome House and Property
We loved the house and especially enjoyed time in the backyard. Spectacular views, fountains, hot tub, fire pit, etc. Kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine. House is clean and comfortable. Great location to the park entrance. Owner has a thought of everything you could need for a great getaway.

Great weekend
Very nice place very comfortable bed. This place is very nice but will be even better once they finish the upgrades they are doing to the back yard. If you are looking for a nice comfortable relaxing place to stay near Joshua Tree then this is the place.

Wonderful Wonderful
Rose & Mark are FANTASTIC property managers. (Can't understate that. They were AMAZING!) They communicated any issues up front and provided any assistance we needed. The jacuzzi under the stars was truly fantastic. However, it was aslo a pleasant surprise at how absolutely stocked the kitchen was. That really really helped. Especially when we ran into a farmer's market just down the street and ended up making the best get away meal ever. The beds are fantastic too. There was more than enough room for the four of us to be comfortable all day long. We were so close to the park that it was an easy trip to go in and out, day & night. Looking forward to our next trip back.

This property is an absolute gem. Beautiful and spacious backyard for barbecue, horseshoes, stargazing.The house is lovely and very thoroughly appointed. The host is attentive and responsive. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware utensils. Pod coffee is well stocked and ready to go upon your arrival. The location is perfect. Minutes from JTNP gate yet a short drive to YV for supplies. The home is ideal for one or two couples and pet friendly. I will be back.

Desert getaway
This was such a wonderful place to stay while exploring Joshua Tree! The home was very close to the park and town, it was clean, cute, and comfortable, and Rose was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. The backyard was especially nice and very private. I would definitely return!

Excellent property. Clean, modern and up-to -date amenities. Plenty of room. The lanai is very comfortable and overlooks the adjoining golf course. We would rent property again if available.

Extremely user friendly. The host was clearly knowledgeable and very service oriented. Very nice working with Rose to rent the house for 4 nights.

Terrific!
We loved staying at Rose’s house. It was very convenient to the west entrance of JTNP and also to downtown JT. It is on a busy road but the fencing and backyard patio kept us secluded from the passing cars. It is a very comfortable and well-appointed home. Fully stocked kitchen, lovely bed linens and towels. Of course our favorite part was the patio hot spa which allowed for stargazing and after-hike soaks. Although the patio construction is not completed, it will be fabulous when it is. Our only surprise is that there is no washer/dryer. This seems like a basic amenity for a home of this quality and price. We highly recommend this home away from home.

Perfect for a Joshua Tree NP visit
Rose's home was exactly as described with the exception of the backyard Oasis in progress is way nicer than anticipated! Great place for morning coffee, evening wine and stargazing. House, kitchen is perfectly appointed. Rose and Mark are incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We had a glitch and they were great. Beds are super comfortable, robes are even provided!!There is some road noise in the front bedroom, need to keep windows closed. Would not hesitate to stay again!

A gem that’s only going to get better
The instructions provided were great and our host was very welcoming. I appreciated the technology that they had to allow us easy access to the building. What’s really cool about this place is the work they are putting into the backyard. They are installing all sorts of amazing water features and it really is truly a wonderful place to spend with a group of friends or someone special. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub at night with our entertainment being a sea of stars. It truly is a hidden gem that we enjoyed. I’d really like to come back to this place in a year to see how cool it is with all of the water features completed. For now, even if they’re not done it is still a wonderful place and I highly recommend it .

Worth the stay!
The location is great - just 5 minutes away from Joshua Tree National Park entrance. We viewed an incredible sunset from the front yard. The house was well-stocked. The host left a nice bottle of wine for us when we arrived. Loved the robes! We used them for the hot tub. The house has multiple spaces to relax and chill - the hot tub, the outdoor fire pit, and sun room. We used the fire pit and had lovely views of the moon. The host, Rose, was very communicative and kind providing suggestions for a comfortable stay. Experienced many rentals locally and globally. This place was truly worth it!

Great Base for JTree NP, the town itself, and surrounding areas like Pioneertown
Rose communicated clearly before and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly. The house itself was great, comfortable for two to four people. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils and quality cookware. The Jacuzzi worked great and stargazing in the freezing cold from a warm hot tub is a very unique experience. The quality towels and robes were also a nice touch. Some ongoing construction on water fountains in the backyard, but the worksite areas were kept tidy and work materials were out of sight. No cable TV (streaming via Hulu) in case that matters to you. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend this property for your next Joshua Tree adventure.

Thanksgiving getaway
Thanksgiving getaway with another couple. PERFECT location to access the park and the best-stocked rental I've ever encountered. Lovely watching the sky from the patio/hot tub at all hours. Wished we'd been able to stay longer, but would absolutely stay again!

The listing is spot on. Great location, fantastic back patio. Only real issue is the road noise at night but an inexpensive noise machine is all it takes to resolve that.

Desert days
We loved this place so much. Perfect location for star gazing with easy access to all the fun activities. We did the saloon, hiked trails, went to Pioneertown. Would definitely recommend this to everyone. All in all great experience thank you Rose!

Perfect Location For Exploring Joshua Tree National Park!
As our first trip in over a year due to COVID, we couldn't be more pleased with Rose's Joshua Tree home. It's not an exaggeration to say that it is literally 6 minutes from the driveway to the West Entrance Gate of Joshua Tree National Park!! There were three adults staying in the home and it was adequate and comfortable (perfect for two couples). The kitchen was above average stocked with everything one would need to cook a simple or gourmet meal. Directions to arrive to and enter the home were clear and helpful. Rose was available to answer any questions via text or phone which we really appreciated as we had been traveling for several weeks and were dependent on phone messages most of the time. One thing to be aware of is that there is not a washer and dryer available for guests to use, something that would have been helpful after traveling several weeks. Rose did provide directions to the nearest laundromat although we did not use it due to COVID concerns. All in all, we would definitely consider staying in the same place next time we're in the area!

Rose and Mark are exceptional hosts! Great communication before, during, and after our stay. House is wonderful. Offers many amenities to fully enjoy the high desert environment--Indoors and Outdoors: wood burning stove/fire pit, hot tub, propane tank BBQ, privacy, fully equipped kitchen, baths, bedrooms. Very Clean thanks to Charlie's professional cleaning service. Responsive hosts. Easy access on Alta Loma for a very short drive to Sisters Cafe, Crossroads, or Boo's Bakery and Park Blvd to get to the Park entrance. All in all a wonderful stay

Great location
Only downfall was no shade or umbrella in the backyard, so it was hard to enjoy while the sun was out! Rose was great and very invited and communicated very well...would recommend and come back to stay at this property!

Perfect Getaway
My group and I had a wonderful weekend at this property, we all wished we had more time there. Good proximity to anything you need and some really great attractions. The entrance to the national park was just a few minutes away and beautiful. Rose, the homeowner, communicated with me through every part of the process and answered any questions I had quickly and kindly. There was construction in the back, but I knew about ahead of time and the turnout is going to be beautiful. It really didn't affect our stay at all and was off to the side in the back. You could easily forget it was there. The hottub is a great touch and beautiful to sit in and look at the stars at night. Truly a relaxing environment and you really feel in your own pocket in the desert. Couple of homes around you, but none very close and can't hear them at all. We even forgot they were there. Everything about the home was great. Clean, safe, good amount of space even for the big group we brought (6 people and a dog). We felt right at home and Rose even left us some refreshments. We already want to plan out trip back!
