Consistently delivers blissful holiday
We are repeat guests of this lovely home. We appreciate the beach toy amenities, access to BBQ and use of well stocked kitchen, and location to beaches, resorts, and groceries. There is nothing more we could ask for from our hosts other than accepting our request again for next year.

Luxury stay in Kamelua!
Fabulous condo in Kamuela with everything (!) you might want, convenient to visits to Kona, and closer to Mauna Kea than staying in Kona. The condo is so nice you might not want to leave, but golf, pool, beach, grocery and restaurants are close by if you do. The bed may be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on vacation. 5+ stars. Thank you for a lovely, luxurious place to stay.

Best of Mauna Lani area
We’ve stayed in the Mauna Lani area many times and this was my favorite. The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a great location to explore the Kohala Coast or just chill at the beach club. The place has everything you need to make your stay great. (No snorkels, but If you like to snorkel, rent from Snorkel Bobs in Mauna Lani shopping area. ) The bikes were so fun to explore the area. The coffee maker and Breville espresso machine were a treat to have in the morning. What made this place the best in my opinion was the host. Jessi was very welcoming and responsive. She sent well defined and easy to follow instructions for check in and out. She has a local contact that picks up at a moments notice. The place is private even though it’s in a development The place is packed with interesting books about the area. My spouse loved the out of print Hunter S. Thompson book on the Big Island. If you can’t tell already, we would most definitely stay again. 5 stars for a great winter vacation.

Very Relaxing Vacation
We spent 9 nights at The Fairway condo and it was very relaxing. It was probably the quietest complex we’ve ever stayed at in Hawaii. We enjoyed the beach club and relaxing on the patio. Great restaurants are close by.

As advertised!
The property is well stocked, clean an neat! We were here for a reunion with many staying in private homes. While the views were lovely these properties were not well provisioned and the pool areas without respite from the sun. The hotel beaches weren’t peaceful. The Mauna Lani Beach Club was fabulous ( you need to bring noodles, boogie boards and rent your snorkels from Snorkel Bob)… the restaurant and bar terrific. The walking routes in the ‘neighborhood’ of Mauna Lani endless-, not so in other areas we visited. The supermarket great, and close! The only thing we missed was a paddle board- the Beach Club the best spot to board but no place at the beach to rent. Great spot to eat- Merrimen’s, helicopter outfit Blue Hawaiian to really see the island, we could have missed Rainbow Falls - not pretty, the others in the rain forest worth the trip. Finally, would have liked a picture of the unit ( fronted on the road) since we came in at nite and thought the entrances were in the courtyards.

Total Relaxation
Jessi's place was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. We took advantage of the grill and kitchen for a few of our meals. The pool is a short walk down the street. We loved the beach club and enjoyed our morning walks around the property. It was quiet, relaxing, and exactly what we were looking for. Hope to make it an annual trip.

Clean, comfortable, and perfect location.
This place was perfect for our family. Our extended family hosted a family reunion at another location in the resort, and so this condo was very convenient. The beds were comfortable , kitchen well stocked, and whole place was tastefully decorated. We would love to visit again!

We Had a Wonderful Stay
From the prompt response when we asked about early check-in while we were between hotels to the amazing location and condo we loved staying here. My son left a bag behind with some of his expensive items and the property manager notified me the cleaning lady had found it. I love how honest they were and how easy it was to go back and retrieve our items. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Hawaii!

Kona Father’s Day
We had a wonderful time. Our main plan was to tour the volcanos of the big island. We visited all the surrounding resorts and beaches and kept finding ourselves drawn to the beach club. Such a treat. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our favorite little adventure was a tour of the vanilla farm. Relaxing, interesting, educational, and yummy.

Comfortable with Lots of Amenities
Jessi's townhouse listing is accurate and the place was so full of appreciated amenities for our week-long stay! The cruiser bikes were perfect for Beach Club and neighborhood tooling around and the lush mature landscaping a plus. The kitchen, and entire place, was well-stocked. Communication with Jessi and the friendly on-island manager were excellent. SO many fish and a thriving reef out and to the far far left of the Beach Club beach by the two lava formations. Mahalo nui loa!

Big Island stay
The unit was very clean with plenty of bedding and towel supplies. The kitchen has plenty of cooking gears and is well stock with spices, oil, etc. The garage has a galore of water toys,umbrellas, bikes, books,etc. to keep everyone entertain on the island. The condo area was very quiet. We've enjoyed our stay here and would book this unit again for our future stay.

Staycation
The location was perfect for our family. The pool was wonderful for the kids, spacious, and not crowded. Having beach club access is always great. The house itself was stocked well, pool toys, books, games, two bikes, and had everything we needed for our stay. Location-wise, you are close to the grocery store, restaurants, and amenities. The host was responsive and made our stay easy. Would recommend and stay there again. Mahalo!

Ideal Home, Ideal Location
This is our third stay at this lovely property. The location is ideal for access to numerous beaches, golf, walks, and visits to lovely hotels. Clean, well appointed, and great host
The entire process was clear, easy, and the property had everything we needed. Our host was responsive and friendly - all we could ask for! The only callout would be for those with back problems, as the beds were marshmallows. It was fine for my family, but a struggle with my back issues.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Beds are tricky. . Each bed has a removable topper so we can meet the needs of all types of sleepers. Future renters please ask and the bed topper can be removed.

A great experience!
A lovely property surrounded by trees, the home is spacious and well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. This property includes bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella which really come in handy. The owner is very responsive and gives lots of helpful information about what to do and where to go. We enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay at the Fairways
The Fairways is a very clean and safe property with shopping, restaurants and a private beach close by. During our stay we hiked tails close by, snorkeled, rode bicycles that were supplied and witnessed amazing sunsets. We also used the outdoor grill and space for several meals. The condo is well stocked! We would stay here again!

Thank you for an amazing stay at your property. Everything was perfect and as described. Amazing!
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful townhome for 4 nights. We absolutely loved it! Everything you would ever need is supplied...even an espresso machine! The private beach club that you have access to when staying here is wonderful! It is a long drive to Hilo and Kona but we had a rental car so we just took in all the sites along the way. Great place stay!

Just wonderful
We had a lovely stay at Jessi's property north of Kona on the big Island. Highlights included the beautiful flora and fauna everywhere, waking up to birdsong and the sunrise in the big upper bedroom windows. We loved the beach access and convenient grocery store just blocks away. The home was appointed with more than we could use, but worth the quiet and beauty away from the resort hotels. Everything was clean and Karlynne was more than accommodating with our check out. Thank you so much!

Lovely condo in fantastic location
This property was truly a home away from home. Super clean and well kept with an attention to detail that shows in all the little things, like great towels, sand castle toys, snorkel masks, canvas totes for groceries, and much more. Nicely appointed kitchen with all the pots/pans you need & coffee maker to enjoy the local beans. We love this property, this being our second stay at it, and Jessi and her property manager Karlynne are both great to to work with. Would definitely stay again (and again)!

Great stay at Fairways
We had a great stay. Very nice property. Had everything you need for the beach. Great kitchen -- fully stocked with kitchen equipment and then some. When we had a little problem with the barbecue, the management folks responded promptly and took care of the issue. Definitely recommend the place for a comfortable stay in paradise.

Excellent well kept property. Good location. Foodland down the street and Island Gourmet market 3 miles away in Waikoloa development. Beach club is an advantage and well utilized. Ube pancakes at Halani restaurant for breakfast and tomahawk steak for dinner. Would definitely stay there again

Great vacation with grandkids
Perfect location with access to beach club. We brought our 2 grandsons 11 & 14 for their first Hawaii trip. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Had everything you could need for beach and to prepare meals (but we mostly ate out). We've been coming to this area for years but Jessi gave us a great suggestion for horseback riding.

Lovely time on the Big island
Rental was just like home- beautifully furnished and clean, with every kitchen appliance and gadget any cook could dream of. Nice patio with bbq although we didn’t use. Especially loved having the pool close by and use of the members only beach club- good snorkeling and very safe for little ones or those of us preferring an easy beach entry with minimal waves. Overall a lovely stay and very grateful to Jessi and Ken for their stellar communication and care and use of their island home.

Great Experience in Puako
My wife and I rented the condo in early May. We’ve rented many places on VRBO and this was easily one of the best apportioned properties that we’ve been in. The owners thoughtfully have provided ample soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels etc. for the entire stay. The bicycles, chairs and other beach items are in very good condition. The home itself is very comfortable and in a well manicured, quiet neighborhood. The pool area is large and has good seating. There is a very small fitness center that is adequate but is more like a hotel gym. The area around the condo is some of the most beautiful on the Kohala coast. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property

Consistently Perfect
This is our second visit to the area and VRBO home. Two consecutive years enjoying this lovely home with every amenity you could possibly need for the beach, BBQ, kitchen and comforts for sleep and laziness. The home is clean and located perfectly to access walks, shopping, beaches, and high priced drinks at local hotel resorts. The week was bliss (again) largely due to our comfort in this home.

Mauna Lani Getaway
We had a very nice ten-day stay at Ken/Jessi’s townhome. Jessi was responsive to our questions and provided an easy check in/out process with no issues. It is one of the most fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen we have rented. We even took advantage in using the Haupy’s seasonings on our steaks and chicken…delicious! While there is no view, we enjoyed having most of our meals on the lanai and the convenience of having an outdoor private grill was an added plus. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great getaway in Mauna Lani area
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee accessories, knives and cutting boards. Premium amenities. It was very quiet with a nice lanai outside for breakfast and lunch. We used the two bikes and beach chairs for a beautiful day at the beach. Everything was clearly labeled and easy. Special Well Stocked Condo
2 weeks in unit 301 was one of our best experiences in Hawaii. Very upscale and welcoming. We never ate a single meal inside because the lanai was so very perfect. The Beach Club is always fun for us. This year we had some great visibility for snorkeling and saw a spotted Eagle Ray, turtles, eels, and just hundreds of fish. Get there by 8am and you will get a cabana. It would be difficult to fault this condo. Obviously the owners love their unit and it shows. Everything you could possibly need is there. The beach chairs and umbrellas were Tommy Bahama and in great shape. Jessi was great to work with and just has a wonderful Aloha spirit! Mahalo Jessi for such care. We have been renting on the Big Island since 1991 and it is absolutely one of the best. It was stocked really well with shampoos etc. This unit feels more like home than a rental. Loved it!

Wonderful home base
We really enjoyed this place. When it got hot it kept us cool and the area in the Fairways was beautiful to walk around in. We spent a lot of time at the beach club and hotel which we both walked to (long) and drove to (more often). The owners and cleaning staff were amazing!

Great stay
Had a great stay at the property. Particularly loved having access to the private beach club. First thing we did every morning was go to the beach to snorkel--surprisingly good snorkeling with nice sand access to the ocean. We had no issues, the place was clean and comfortable, good a.c. and amenities.

Great place near the beach
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Place was clean and comfortable, kitchen and grill were well set up for cooking, and was great to have beach equipment available. Easy access to pool, beach, and nearby restaurants etc. - though probably best to have a car to get to other parts of the island. Check in and communication with host were easy.
