Everything about it. From.check in to check out. Price was just under 100.00 dollars (USD) Loved they allowed our chijuajua dog for no extra charge. Just need to sign a damage responsibility form. Not just one of those so called continental breakfasts, but a solid breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage biscuits and gravy or ceral with bagels or toast. They even have convenient items at the host.counter of sundries like sodas and snacks for those arriving late in the evening. Rooms are immaculate and the beds are the perfect match of softness and firmness and just calling your name to lull you into relaxing nights sleep. Best Westerns are on par with or equal to any so called Hilton hotels. In this mans opinion is superior to any famous high end Hotel. It even had a well taken care of swimming pool to be used at your leisure. It is worth it. First ti.e i haven't been disappointed by a stay, even when ive stayed in Hiltons or Embassy Suites. Thanks to Best Western. This is an actual customer, my name is Kerry and they also recieved my wifes Stacy seal of approval. Oh, as well, our dog zues approved too. First time ive ever seen him totally relax in a hotel. As well the Best Western in Sydney Nebraska was just as welcoming and relaxing. They are the home of Cabelas outdoors equipment stores. Keep up the good work. My only suggestion is advertise total price, taxes and fees included. Nobody likes a surprise when it comes to hotel cost. Not that i was disappointed, i just like knowing

Everything was clean and staff was nice but at 3 am someone was in and out I could hear doors opening. Even till 4 am. Not sure what was going on but mad me feel uncontrollable.

There is no toilet seat cover thus no place to sit down. We were in a handicapped rm due to O2 use & such. Rm was OK. Maybe Rm.102 or 103.

TV volume set low and could not be adjusted. Staff not helpful or concerned. Beds were very uncomfortable, microwave did not work correctly. Bathroom slide door very loud offers limited privacy and difficult to control. No plugs around any mirrors outside of bathroom to assist with hair styling one someone else is showering. The beds were the smallest double beds ever encountered. Staff not easily seen or accessed.

This property is disappointing. Smelled like pets. Hair all over the shower. Power in the outlets didn’t work. Door to bathroom horribly loud and rooms are not sound proof. How ever the breakfast in the morning seemed clean and sufficient if you don’t require much.

Guests were loud and ghetto. Someone pulled the fire alarm at midnight that went on for 30 mins. I had to be to work at 430am. Didnt get any sleep. Wasted 130 on a room. Never again.

I stayed here for four nights with my dog the beginning of February 2024 and the facilities are in great shape, friendly staff and parking was available by my room. I would definitely stay here again. I didn't take advantage of the pool nor gym. The gym was being used by Silver Gloves boxers and I was there to support a family member so I let them workout and I took my dog to Blue Springs Dog Park.

Independence Stay
Our stay in Independence was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had to leave before our original expected date and the staff were helpful in making that change.
